I visit this hotel again because of this is one of good one in this town. But I am afraid to visit again because there is one lady who should be at the reception. Even if a customer try to communicate booking process, this lady is not trying to use translation app explaining.
this frown face worker should not be at the front desk where receptionist should welcome customer. This kind service wrong minded person might ruin your enjoyable travel and feeling on important business trip so be ready to face this issues.
