Popped in for a drink and to share some nachos in the restaurant area. The drinks were fine but to call the nachos ropey, would be too kind. We ate a few but made the mistake of asking for more cheese as the original offering would have been fine for someone who was lactose intolerant. A small ‘jug’ was presented by Paul with ‘cheese’ in it, although it was more reminiscent of my morning scrambled eggs as it was yellow, lumpy, separated and gross. We didn’t eat it. Paul checked on us after some time and we told him it really wasn’t edible. He apologised it “wasn’t to our taste, we quickly explained it wasn’t to anyone’s taste” and how gross it was. He offered a fresh one. We passed. The offending bowls were taken away and after drinking our drinks, we got bored waiting for the bill from Paul, so asked to pay as we left. I wasn’t paying attention and beeped my phone, only to realise we’d been charged for the worst nachos in the world. My wife rightly complained but we were told there was nothing that could be done and refunds were impossible when paying by card, despite it being 2025. If we were residents then “maybe we could do something” and “why didn’t we ask for them to be taken off the bill”. Stupidly, we thought it was obvious but you know what they say, ‘assume makes an ass out of you and Paul’.

Overnight stay before after a show at the Pavilion. Great location for all areas of Bournemouth. Our room was large with a balcony, very clean and tidy. The shower was powerful and as hot as you’d need. Bed was very comfortable. Very pleased with our stay. We would recommend this premier inn to friends

We stayed at Bournemouth Premier Inn on Sunday 9th March we were given a lovely room with a beautiful view. the food we had was good and the staff treated us very well would definitely recommend staying here and we will be staying here again ourselves

The temperature was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep. We reported this issue to staff, but we were told there was nothing wrong, despite the clear discomfort. A loud, random noise woke us up at 7 AM, disrupting our rest. Additionally, there was no phone in the room to contact reception regarding this issue. (I have attached a video of the noise in this email. It appeared to be coming from the ceiling vent) The windows/door could not be opened, leaving no way to let in fresh air. The air conditioning was also broken, making the room extremely uncomfortable which we reported The fans that were provided in them made an awful noise and the other one was broken In the morning when I had a shower the body wash was completely finished so I got out feeling just as unclean Reception Staff: Upon arrival, the reception staff made us feel judged, implying there were too many of us, despite the fact that we had booked and paid for the correct number of rooms. I feel we was being judged due to us all being in our late teens. Whilst checking in I feel we were given an extremely brief explanation. Not told where breakfast was or what time it was. We was not aware where the bar was or even what time check out was. Me and my friends were told three times that there can be no more than 4 people in a room at once. I had to repeatedly say that this isn’t an issue because we have booked 4 rooms with two people in each and had no intention to bring anybody back. We had specifically booked a twin room for my friends, expecting two separate beds as advertised. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with just one double bed, which was not what we had paid for. This caused significant inconvenience, as they were forced to share a bed despite having booked a room that should have accommodated them properly.

i stayed in this hotel on the 2nd of march. since then i have literally been calling multiple times a day to try and speak to someone. i believe i left my drivers licence in the room. i can’t get through to anyone at all and also ignoring my emails.

The central heating was not working but portable heater left in the room was very good, heated the room very quickly The rest of the facilities worked very well Staff friendly and very helpful Breakfast very good quality of food Good value for money
