Moxy Boulder

Rooms very mediocre. Understaffed and no table service for drinks. Food was basically inedible and cold. Heaters outside did not work. Bizarre experience for a Marriot and considering the prices they charged this weekend it was huge disappointment. I will staying at the St J next time.

Prices were raised for family weekend. This is universal but service very poor. Hotel was more concerned about checking for underage students than serving the parents. Very disappointed for a Marriott. Rooms were extremely small and loud from the street below

Moxy is a new boutique located within walking distance of the Pearl Street Mall, the CU campus, and the Hill, the three main areas for visitors to Boulder. The staff are friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. Questions were answered accurately and quickly. The lobby and bar area is a terrific public space--comfortable, but stylish. Floor to ceiling glass walls open when the weather is nice to make an outdoor/indoor space. Games and books are available. There is no on-site restaurant, although we were told one was coming. A menu listing snacks, breakfast dishes, salads, and light lunch and supper items is available at the bar. A full bar is offered, including some tastings from local Boulder distilleries. Another terrific public space is the rooftop pool and spa, with a view of the foothills. Comfortable chairs and couches make this an attractive area, even if you're not interested in the pool and spa. Also welcome were the "stash cabinets," located on each floor, where extra towels, blankets, pillows, toiletries, and other items are available for guests. Our double queen room was small, but well laid out. The bathroom was large. I recommend the Moxy without reservation!

My stay at Moxy Boulder was okay. The room is what you would expect from a Moxy hotel. Small, but moderately comfortable. The hotel is across the street from the campus and because of the neighborhood, there is no free parking. I always find this a bit annoying that I'm forced to valet and pay for parking. I didn't find the bed or pillows to be very comfortable. The lobby was vibrant in the evening with lots going on. I would probably stay here again, but only because of the price point and the proximity to my appointments in town.

Definitely pleasantly surprised based on the other reviews. This was a great experience from check in to check out. The hotels in mint condition. Super comfy beds and linens. Right on the hill. Definitely expensive, but for event pricing on game day was worth it! Super awesome spot to pre game and short walk to Stadium!! Will definitely be back.

Great location, short walk to many bars and restaurants. Facilities were well maintained and clean. Staff were very professional and helpful. Cozy rooms, which are nice for a weekend get away. Likely to stay here again on our next visit to Boulder.

Was in town for an extended weekend. Had a great stay. Quick check in, clean rooms, great service. Everything there was super nice and modern. The bar was perfect. having a cocktail with a great view was my favorite part. Definitely coming back on my next trip.

Traveled to Boulder with a stiff couple that always complains about staff, no matter where we go. From the time we walked into the lobby we were treated like the only guests in the hotel. First class service and accommodations won everybody over. It might be the only place we go with that couple again. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was very solid overall. I was visiting Boulder for work and decided to stay here. Rooms are very standard and the bar is nice. Very walkable to many spots nearby as well! I plan to stay here again to catch a CU buffs game very soon as well!
