Hôtel Mon Afrik

It’s a lovely hotel around a beautiful swimming pool, with rooms in kind of bungalows. The rooms are very nicely furnished with complimentary water, mosquito net, AC. The bathroom is large enough with a good shower, soap and shampoo. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and makes you feel like staying a bit more. Food at dinner is exceptional. Not so good is unluckily breakfast, only juice, bread and some cakes.

An old French hotel with small rooms and limited services. There are lot of insects in the resort due to presence within a green belt. The rooms are dated and old with no amenities and the breakfast was very sad and expensive. The only comfortable place is the restaurant and outdoor area near by which provides a positive outlook for the hotel. Good for kids and nature lovers to enjoy the surroundings, however will not suggest it for business travellers.

The accommodations were exquisite, boasting elegant decor and modern amenities that catered to every need. My room offered panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, providing the perfect space for relaxation and rejuvenation. One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience. The resort's restaurant served delectable dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients, each meal a culinary masterpiece that tantalized the taste buds. Whether savoring a leisurely breakfast on the terrace or indulging in a candlelit dinner under the stars, every dining experience was a delight. The staff was extremely friendly and professional at all times. A must stay and must visit hotel!

I can't recommend Mon Afrik and their potentially fraudulent manager. Mon Afrik wanted a deposit for my stay as it was during AFCON. Fair enough. I used Orange Money details Mon Afrik provided to transfer money using XE. XE confirmed the transfer had happened. Mon Afrik claimed it never arrived. XE naturally asked for proof of non-receipt (a redacted statement would have sufficed), but the French owner refused to. I trust an international finance company (listed on NASDAQ) more than Mon Afrik. And so should you.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich schön gestaltet. Afrikanische Objekte gibt es inmitten grüner Pflanzen und roter Gebäude. Es ist eine Freude, im Restaurant am Pool in dieser Umgebung zu speisen. Die Küche bereitet sehr gutes Essen zu. Beim Frühstück die Croissants sind frisch und warm zubereitet. auch im Zimmer ist das etwas ältere Mobiliar ansprechend, alles schöne Holzmöbel und solide gebaut. Das Duschwasser funktioniert einwandfrei, aircon und Fan sind beide gut funktionierend. Am Bett, das etwas hart ist, gibt es zwei Moskitonetze. Das Team in der Rezeption erfüllt auch Extrawünsche. Die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam.

Bel hôtel. Présence d'animaux en liberté (biches, écureuils,...). Ce qui est une agréable surprise. La décoration traduit une image stéréotypée de l'Afrique qui pourrait plaire aux touristes. La literie est confortable. Attention, les fiches du petit-déjeuner en chambre semblent ne pas être à jour. Point négatif : La propreté du bungalow doit être améliorée. Présence de nombreuses tâches sur les taies d'oreillers, Présence de moisissures dans la salle de bain (voir photos). Avis global mitigé.
