spacious room

The room is big, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast is very decent. The area is quiet and safe, also convenient to take public transportion. But the wall in shower has some hair left from the previous stayer.

The hotel was the worst experience in my life the place smells cigarette smoke and humidity the sheets had cigarette burns we asked for the fully refund because this is not what we booked We found cockroaches and centipede in the room even with that this app refuse to refund for this experience

The room is large and clean. Nice complimentary coffee, tea, and beverage at lobby 24 hours.

Booking included breakfast only to find the location did not offer breakfast. Very disappointing, in addition there are no ice machines available and parking was an additional $25 a nite to park in their lot knowing that all surrounding street parking is permit only.

The Boston hotel has a good location in the Boston city. The hotel customer service was good and friendly. There was no food services and only had drinks. However the hotel was not cleaning enough. There was a bad smell in the room. The carpet of the room was old. The filter of the vent above the stove was not cleaned, having black water spots.

The hotel was fine, reasonably clean but with minimal amenities and in need of updating. Good location with easy access to the city using public transportation (note that the closest T line is currently closed for repairs, but there is a bus service in its place). Fairly overpriced given the level of amenities.

Old and no renovation

房間裏寢具和毛巾很乾凈，早餐品種比一般美國酒店多，能吃飽。在動不動就要花500刀以上住酒店的波士頓，這算一個性價比高的選擇。衞生間百葉窗有少量損壞，感覺也不是短時間內能修好的，沒告訴店家。

房間太吵了，樓上也duangduangduang，房間外也人生嘈雜，大半夜很影響休息。投訴未果，服務員説他們平時就這樣。

位置不錯。但衞生太一般了。住了5天吧就做了一次衞生，停車20刀/每天
