My partner always like going to east cliff as it’s out of the town but with a great bus service to all local amenities .. we cane for my birthday which is Christmas Day , a very nice receptionist surprised me with a lovely table for breakfast, he certainly made my day

All comfortable. Delighted to have a bath in the bathroom with shower over - and the bath filled in about 60 seconds! Very helpful staff in reception. For us, the best thing was the location. We have a Senior Bus Pass and, especially given that we were there during Storm Bert, it was great to be able to take a bus anywhere we wanted to from very near the hotel - to the sea front and centre of Bournemouth, to Boscombe, to Poole and to Swanage. This last was very interesting as the bus goes via a short ferry ride to the Isle of Purbeck. The storm had passed by our last day, and we had a wonderful walk from Swanage to the magnificent Old Harry Rocks. We travelled to Bournemouth by train and the hotel was also very convenient for the railway station. There seemed to be a staffing issue so the restaurant was not always open when it was supposed to be, but we had not planned to eat there. There were plenty of nearby interesting restaurants.

The best premier inn I’ve stayed in very modern and very clean the room was very spacious and being on the 5th floor had a nice few out of two very large windows, the bath and shower was good my only problem with my stay was the nightmare of getting into the underground car park I wasn’t the only one I saw multiple people struggling to get in having to use the buzzer for 4-5 minutes to then finally be let in the after all that paying £9 for the night good side of that is the car was very secure cause even the guest struggled to get in that was only minor though apart from that it was a very good experience and I will be return maybe planning alternate car parking but the room and hotel was very good

The rooms were brilliant and really clean, beds really comfy 😀 . Dinner on Friday night took a long time to arrive. This was not due to staff lack of trying. I would like to say thank you to Nivk and Maha for their help whilst we stayed there. They both went above and beyond

The Premier inn in Bournemouth was very nice and clean and the staff were also nice and polite along with a very nice breakfast (best I've had) very comfortable relaxing stay. This hotel is conveniently located just outside the town centre (walkable) for some morebus buses stop across the road to Bournemouth and poole and the other way to Christchurch
