For shared use: property 3'500 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with natural garden, meadow. Private: swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 600 m, supermarket 1.5 km, railway station "Alba" 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. 6-room semi-detached house 180 m2 on 2 levels. For 3 families the top house. 3 bathrooms and garden very well maintained. Were on June 24th, 2023 for 1 week with Gemma and Ermando chilling. Immediately again

We felt very comfortable. The house and grounds are well maintained, the owners live right next door and are very nice and helpful. If we go to Piedmont again, we will choose this holiday accommodation again.
