Our favourite place for the summer vacation

陽光，沙灘，非常美好的回憶。

The hotel has a huge potential in all aspects and the following is highly recommended; 1- larger space for the buffet 2- More showers on the beach and on pools 3- Better maintenance of room Aircon 4- renovation of some mattresses 5- Room card access. 6- golf car is needed for old and handicapped Breakfast and dinner are superb and staff are very professional in all areas, animation team is good with very good location

This is just the worst hotel in Egypt by millions of miles, AVOID AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES- to start; the staff is surprisingly rude ( for Egypt) , overall quality not too good; 70’s build hotel partly restored, 1/2 in reconstruction (as per Aug 24) , restaurant; 70’s design, too small to care of 1/2 of hotel capacity, food quality good BUT: unclear where to order beer, wine, coke, fanta, you have to search and beg the staff to get it, BUT all you get is 1/2 glass of warm beer or 1/2 glass of wine, reception bar: staff rude ( before a complaint) , an order of 3 items has to be spelled 3x and still as a result my 8 years old daughter got a frappucino instead of hot chocolate, when complaining in the reception about it , i was asked my room number and surprisingly when we got back to our room the airco was not working, coincidence? To repair it I had to take 14 trips to the reception and back ( 5 mins each way) over few hours as; someone was on his way, did not arrive, someone else went, did not arrive, receptionist changed shift, new guy called out, waiting, waiting, waiting, arrived, said 5 minutes it will be ok, another trip to reception, he is coming back, waiting, repairing, repairing, repairing and at middle of the night no solution offered with 2 kids inside and 80 years old grandma baking inside… Hey man, fu*k this place and if you have a trace of a brain in your skull never come here….

The most noisy hotel-the worth experience ever EXTREMLY LOUD NONSTOP MUSIC on the pool that goes from morning till 5.30 pm. Continuing on the stage till 11 pm. Impossible to have rest. This hotel has not an international standard , restaurant has limited choise of nearly the same food. A lot of people got gastroenteritis. Beautiful sea, but big waves. Impossible to swim. We do not recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel,nice welcome from the reception,very clean room and nice view, Very friendly and helpful staff .special thanks for Mr.khaled and Arwa from reception . Food was very delicious allot of variety specially breakfast. Thank you for all
