Iberostar Waves Bellevue

Had the most wonderful week here. The hotel was spotless with staff cleaning constantly. Everyone seemed so happy and helpful. We have stayed in a lot of AI hotels but the food here was delicious every day, the best I’ve experienced in an all inclusive hotel. My husband received a bottle of fizz and a cake on his birthday which was a lovely surprise. We paid a fantastic price as it was the beginning of the season and not all of the bars were open but it made no difference to us. I definitely recommend staying here.

We have just returned from a week's stay. Montenegro is a stunning place, the views are breathtaking. This is an unusual review, as individually we didn't have many complaints, just as a whole we didn't really enjoy our stay. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and the beds were comfy, and housekeeping in our room was done to a very high standard. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was varied, lots of choice, we had plenty of enjoyable food every day. Lunch was spectacular, in the snack bar. The choice of all inclusive drinks was the best we have ever had. The cocktails both alcoholic and kiddy cocktails were amazing. The negative which has made us not to want to return are:- The evening entertainment was held in the small snack bar area which isn't a large area, with only a limited amount of seating, so we couldn't get in. The vast majority of bar seating areas is outside, we had 1 bad day with the weather and spent most of the day in our room, as there isn't many places to be if you're unlucky enough to have bad weather. We were very bored after the first couple of days. Apart from nose bag times and sitting outside at one of the bars the kids drifted off to their phones (9, 14 and 16) we went swimming, the older 2 went to the gym a few times, but not anything else to do. If you enjoy poolside sunbathing and enjoying a drink, you will have a wonderful chill time. We just want more from our family holidays. I feel bad with this review because as I said all the individual elements were fantastic. Any problems we had were dealt with quickly, efficiently and apologetically. We were just bored.

This is our third time here, this time we are in the garden rooms, glad we upgraded as standard rooms near the entertainment and would like to sleep. Pools lovely but I really think they should have an adult only pool, every time I tried to relax ferral kids running around screaming and parents shouting god forbid if they could walk up to their child and speak to it at a normal volume instead of waking everyone else up. More kids than ever this year. Somebody the young adults were very loud and also had no volume, think their usual place is benedorm if you get my drift. Food amazing as always, so much choice, very well presented and we have a fussy teenager and she loved it all, so don't worry there. Entertainment well the guy with the guitar hummed alot I think he forgot his words, magic show ok, rock night everyone sang which was fine as the singer was not the best at times, but after a few drinks everyone enjoyed. Animation staff as always are really good and joined in activities. Also all 3 of us had a massage which was lovely even though mine felt a bit rushed, lovely pool and spa upstairs, dont tell everyone or it will fill up with the kids and inflatables! Spa bloke wonders round the grounds but doesn't do a great job of selling it, just standing there isn't gonna do it. Now for my biggest moan, 3 years since I've been here and still gorgeous cats here lovely and friendly but again thin and up to the guests to feed them. Really need a feeding station and work with the charity kotor kitties who will get them all done so no kittens, feeding station by the outside tables and shelter would be fantastic other guests totally agreed, we love animals but why should they have to go hungry, please sort this out its not hard and hotels that really make the effort with animals will always come tops. I emailed before we came and was assured the game zone area for teenagers was open, it wasn't, was all closed, there was only the main room with 2 table tennis tables, the table football, grab machine and games had all gone so a bored teenager most of the time so that again is another improvement. Think the teenagers area and cats feeding area are my main concerns, sort this then it will be a top hotel again. Did enjoy our stay, would like further North next time around National Park area to explore. Thank you 😁

What a fabulous 5 days staying at this hotel. Food perfect, staff perfect and hotel perfect. A lot of effort goes into making this hotel a lovely place to stay. One thing I noticed every day was how beautiful all the areas smelt (it’s a thing of mine!). The bars are lovely, especially beach bar and pool bar. Evening entertainment was enjoyable and the entertainment team worked hard for everyone to enjoy their breaks. We ventured to Budva old town which is reached via a tunnel and is a lovely walk. Thank you Iberostar staff for a fabulous time celebrating a birthday and for my husband’s fizz and cake on the day. We’re off to your sister hotel in Agadir so hope they are as great as you.

Hotel is clean and set in lovely gardens with nice pools. Food is standard all inclusive stuff, something for everyone, not always piping hot like some people demand, but that is what to expect in a buffet environment. Minor annoyances were the benches by the stage are covered in pine sap, and the main bar started to get really busy, they should really open up the other bars before June. Evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss, more for the older clientele. Location is good and you can take a short walk to Bečići or Budva if you want to escape the hotel. What made this holiday were the animation team, Can, Nadia, Bogdan and Vasyl, who were always up for a laugh.

Fantastic hotel. Booked priority room. Lovely and clean, cleaned every day..Great bathroom with walk in shower. Lovely sea view which we hadn't asked for, so a bonus. Gardens were lush. Plenty of sunbeds. More brought out when needed. Food was fine, something for everyone. Snack bar didn't just serve snacks. Cake and pastries and ice cream . Tea and coffee and soft drinks which you helped your self too. Staff were friendly, hard-working and helpful.
