Blaise went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and his help was much appreciated. Nothing was too much for him. Compliments to the chef as our evening meals were spot on, lovely 😋! Room comfy and clean, couldn't ask for more! Breakfast great!

I stay many times during the year. The manager and all his staff work there socks off to ensure I have a great stay at this hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and the breakfasts are excellent. Keep up the good work. I look forward to staying at the Premier Inn Borehamwood again very soon. Thanks for everything Anton Phillips

I have been coming to this hotel for quite a few years as we have family living locally. The staff (same staff for years so retainment is good) always offer a customer centric welcome, from the breakfast team to the reception staff all of them are friendly, welcoming and happy to chat and make you feel valued. The breakfast is always good and with two boys 8 and 11 the choice of pasties and fruit is always good to supplement a fried option. If you want a base to explore London (only 40 mins from the local station) or Herts this is a good option. I only made one mistake and that was double booking the first night and as it was not the flexi choice I could not get a refund. I have sent an email to customer service but we will have to wait and see. This was my mistake so take nothing away from Kwanio who was on reception on our arrival who was sympathetic and like all the staff explained the situation to me. In summary a very good value for money hotel in a great location. We will be staying again and hopefully next time I will only book it once!!

While I gave the Premier Inn a five star rating, it is not a five star hotel, but my experience with this hotel was five star. We stayed at the Premier Inn while attending a show at Elstree Studios, which were a 7 minute walk away. In addition to being spotless, the room was well configured and appointed and about as good as you could expect in a three/four star hotel (actually better). The room was larger than you normally get in this quite reasonable price range. We went to the bar before going to the show and decided to have a snack there which was quite good (veggie pizza for me and nachos for my wife), accompanied by happy hour prices on drinks. The bar tenders were very nice and attentive, giving my wife some advice on what to visit on our way back to London with a stop planned for Hemstead. Overall, a very positive experience. Great value for the money.
