No service at all, at the evening no staff in the property, Cannot classify as Hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and total no room make up or replace the towels. Only good thing is the rate is low.

Tres jolis conviviale. Proche des magasin et des transports en commun. Je recommande.

Très bon choix pour cet appart hôtel, dès l’entrée vous serez séduit… nous sommes arrivés tard et avions notre carte à disposition dans une boîte à clé . Nous sommes arrivés à la chambre et la… le top climatisation mise en route et canapé lit déplié pour notre fils. Très propre et décoration de goût. Bref allez y les yeux fermés .

We stayed here for the Rugby World Cup and it's is brilliantly located - 30 minute walk to the stadium, retail park across the road, small shopping centre nearby. The room itself very clean, good walk in shower and kitchenette facilities to cook basic meals. My only concern is the reception is not 24/7 so if your flight / transport is delayed, I am not sure how you are able to check in or indeed where you would stay for the night if you cannot get in? Rooms are serviced daily, but as a matter of procedure, they'll turn your main power off so you might find on a hot day you'll need time for the air con to kick in and cool the room down again. The tram is right behind the hotel (walk around the shopping centre to the left as you exit the main entrance) and is called Bereges du Lac. It will cost 1 Euro 80 cents for a single journey (using as many trams as you need from A to B). Overall a good stay.

The residence is in a very busy commercial area in the outskirts of Bordeaux. The room was very clean and well equipped. The people at the reception were really friendly and helpful. However once the shops closed we didn't feel safe outside and unfortunately there is no reception service at night. At nine pm we were closed in our room. It might be OK if you're travelling for working reasons but not for tourism.

Appartamento pulito, ma scarsamente attrezzato e con un divano letto piuttosto malandato. L’ascensore funziona male: le porte si chiudono e si aprono diverse volte, prima che l’ascensore parta. La posizione è buona per il centro congressi, ci sono negozi e servizi, un grande centro commerciale dall’altra parte della strada, una fermata del tram a 200 metri, ma la zona è periferica e di sera non sembra molto sicura.

Séjour en famille pour assister au match France-Canada au Matmut Atlantique. Hôtel situé à côté de la ligne C du tramway qui va directement au stade. Hôtel situé à côté d'une zone commerciale avec de nombreuses enseignes de restauration. Accueil souriant et formalités rapides. Chambre calme, propre et moderne. Coin cuisine tout équipé (mais pas de torchon, éponge, liquide vaisselle). Literie confortable. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner ici. Seul bémol: il faisait très chaud dans la chambre (à cause du chauffage au sol dans la salle de bain) et la climatisation était neutralisée. Hôtel que je recommande pour assister à un match au Matmut Atlantique.
