A wonderful stay just outside downturn old Bordeaux city. Excellent parking available. Modern hotel with all amenities. Very comfortable clean room. Nice boardwalk with eateries. Close to Halles Bacalan for great food. Probably only downside if that - it is a 10 min flat walk to the trams to get into the beautiful city. A great stay.

I chose this hotel because of it's location, close to family members I planned to visit in Bordeaux. The fact that it was a lovely stay was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel for it's service and cleanliness and great breakfast. Genuine tourists might think the location isn't great but for me, it was perfect as it was close to family and seemed to have great transport connections nearby if I wanted to venture out. I would definitely stay again. I treated myself to a massage in the spa while I was there which was also great. My only negative feedback would be that I wasn't expecting to have to pay to use the spa, as I was having a massage and, in my opinion, this should only be free to hotel guests. Other than that, I have no negative feedback My room overlooked the street and I'd probably request one that overlooks the river next time

After a flight cancellation and all the distress related to the event I booked a night stay, the hotel itself is good, the personnel are unwilling to help when I kindly asked for 2h delayed checkout due to work meetings. With so many rooms I am certain they could have found a solution if they wanted but it was obvious they didn’t want to.

The hotel was a really comfortable good value place to stay. We were able to store our bikes and then cycle everywhere

Very run down place with low hygiene standards. Suite in a very poor condition like the rest of the hotel. Smells bad and simply isn’t worth the money. Hope the management will take reviews like this seriously and make necessary changes in particular with regards to competency of its staff.

Very nice hotel. Exactly as advertised on the website. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Great gym/workout facility. However, be aware, the hotel is in the midst of a recently re-done area and surrounded by bars, nightclubs, and a very loud nightclub right across the water. We were there on a Thursday night and treated to loud, thumping club music until well past 3 a.m. The front desk could only offer earplugs and acknowledged the noise could be overbearing. They were very nice, and understanding when we cut a planned 3-night stay short the next morning. If a party zone is your thing, you’re right in it!

Fantastic hotel, beautiful room, lovely staff, great choice of breakfast. My only gripe was the desk in my room was nowhere near a power socket so working from my laptop was limited. Notified front desk and a extension cable was promised but failed to arrive.
