Frygtelig oplevelse. Dette hotel er gennemsnitligt, men transporten er praktisk. Serviceattituden i receptionen er forfærdelig. Jeg efterlod ørepropperne på værelset. Jeg kom tilbage om to dage til konsultation og bad mig vente, og så ignorerede jeg mig.

This is such a beautiful hotel to stay at, the staff is accommodating, polite and friendly, I honestly had no intention to leave 😃The breakfast is delicious, there are a lot of options to choose from. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff constantly keep greeting when you come across them. As a solo traveler I honestly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hospitality is top tier. JAREDE is one of the staff members I’ve been in communication with he’s such an observant and attentive staff member, those little conversations as a solo traveler I appreciate them thank you so much❤️❤️ planning to come back again hopefully with family and friends. The live play music is one of the things I’ve enjoyed while staying at the hotel, they sing beautifully.

Upon pick up from the airport, we already felt the welcome. There wasn't one single staff that didn't greet us as we passed by. No hitches whatsoever. Our room was amazing. Lighting was great. The bathroom was so clean, you could sleep there. The pool was huge. My highlight though, would be the breakfast buffet's ube pandesal. It was soooo gooood. I heard the baked mac was too!

A wonderful place to stay. Really recommended, the personnel was kind and helpful!

There were mites in the bed in the room and it was a terrible experience. I could hardly sleep during my stay, and after waking up in the middle of the night on the second day, I couldn't use the hotel bed. My whole body started itching from the second day, and I started feeling unwell from the third day. The hotel made it difficult for me to enjoy my trip, and it was the worst. I asked the hotel front desk for an anti-itch cream, but they didn't even have any medicine and told me to go to an outside pharmacy (DMALL) to buy it myself. What's even worse is the hotel's response. After checking out, I told the hotel the truth with photos, but they were clearly running away and didn't even reply with an apology. When they finally replied, they said, "We don't have your report in our hotel records. You made a reservation with a non-refundable reservation plan, so we can't refund you at all," desperately trying to avoid responsibility. I wondered why they couldn't apologize satisfactorily for causing trouble to guests with the hotel's unsanitary problems. As expected, it was a first-class hotel chain in Boracay, but a third-class hotel chain on a global level.

A 5-stars resort and their 5-stars fantastic service. Will definitely book again when I in Boracay again. We dined in at the restaurant and food was delicious and value for money. A wonderful experience stay at Hennan Park.

Good location mainroad across watsons , 5minutes from jollibee and dmall entrance. 7-10minutes from the beach. These are all by walking. Gym was good enough for a fullbody workout mixed dumbbells and machines. Swimming pool was decent, enough area not to be surrounded by everyone. Enough space to do a short laps. Center area had a bar and section for poolside massage.

Had a great stay as the staff and the room was very nice. We avail the airport transfer and everything went well they are super friendly and polite.

It exceeded our expectations when they gave us a pool view without knowing it but felt disappointed when we noted for a complimentary birthday set up and went to our room with nothing, even emailed them for it. Also their contact number is always busy and when it rings nobody answers the call. Still recommending it, a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Kennan Park Resort is one of the newly built Hennan hotels in Boracay. It’s in central part. Location is great, food outlets nearby. In terms of staff, they are the friendliest, polite and and welcoming. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choices and food was fresh. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

This is the 2nd Hennan I’ve tried and I would say that I prefer this than Hennan Regency because it is new. Never had any problems from check in up until the check out time. Hotel staff are accommodating and they always allow me to sit by the pool during breakfast. It’s 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel going to the beach so if I have an option to choose I would prefer a Hennan beach front. Nonetheless, I like the hotel. Also, for deposit they require 2000 PHP per room/per night using card and if cash it is 4000 PHP per room/per night so be aware

Everythiing was good in henan park but i don’t know why almost all the bell boys who bring carriers into the room always ask tip. They keep standing in the room until guests give them tip as it is their own right. I don’t want choose henan reaorts anymore!

Everything was good except housekeeping which was good but never replenished the soap. They usually came late in the day and only made but not replaced the sheets. Everything else at the hotel including the staff was great. Just not on the beach but only a 3 minute walk down a poorly maintained small alley. Really no big deal
