I lost the pair of my earrings and glad that upon request for room service to clean, the staff found it and leaved it on the cr. What an honest staff. Thank you so much. All the staff are friendly and helpful. 😊

Everything was excellent. The breakfast was ok, could have been better. Ill give it a 9.5/10 overall.

We had a great stay at Henann Lagoon Resort. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade from Deluxe to Premier, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was that the location was a bit far from some of the main hotel amenities, but it wasn’t a big issue. Everything else was excellent, especially the buffet breakfast—great variety and quality. Would definitely recommend!

The best ever. All the employees super thumbs up. The food truly excellent. Super clean specially the swimming pool. Thank you hennan for this excellent experience. 100% im gonna go back!!!

If you’re expecting a beachfront, this is not the Henann resort you’ll have to be with. We’ve stayed here for 9 days. Everything went smooth naman. We took their airport transport for hassle free ng magbitbit ng luggage. PS mahina ang wifi so magdala ng extra kung magwowork kc hassle ang bagal.

They upgraded our room without additional charge. Staffs are very accommodating. The room is very clean

Love our stay!!we got our room upgraded with free of charge.thanks to the receptionist in the front...all the staff is nice and pleasant to talk too...rooms clean...free brrakfast buffet is good as well. Love our stay and we will definitely come back...

Great hotel! Not a front beach but just a few minute walk to front beach. Definitely recommended!

A very beautiful resort. Everyone was very friendly, very courteous, very accommodating. Reception was friendly and helpful. Room was very luxurious, and equaled expectations.

Stayed for 5 nights. Overall experience is below expectations: hotel is not that modern, pretty old fashioned, renovation is needed. There are no curtains in the rooms, therefore, those who are sensitive to light in the morning won’t get good sleep. No sleepers, no bathrobes, no shower gel (only shampoo and conditioner). Relatively noisy from external blocks of air conditioners. Breakfast is probably the biggest disappointment - need to wait in a queue to be seated, the area is quite small relatively to the number of rooms, food selection is pretty narrow, but delicious. Gym is fine. Personnel is very kind, polite and nice. Hotel offers the chaise lounges on the beach; distance to beach around 10 minutes in calm walking. During this travel we stayed in another two hotels too, trust me, for this price you can find more balanced offers - major questions are to the facilities.
