New hotel with great level of service. The location is a bit inconvenient and no beach service available, from hotel to the beach 4-5 minutes walking distance. Free transfers to Dmall are available. Very friendly personnel.

Great breakfasts, friendly staff, free towels for the beach and pool, a nearby hypermarket, and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The ride from the port to the hotel takes only 15 minutes by tricycle. However, it was little bit disappointing that room service dinner wasn’t always available - some days, even basic pizza wasn’t an option.

Great hotel. Everything is new. Rooms are spacey and well designed. The food is plenty and tasty. Good for local and international visitors. Superb service.

A Nightmare Stay: Avoid Four Points by Sheraton Boracay at All Costs!
My recent experience at Four Points by Sheraton Boracay was nothing short of a complete disaster. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel was a far cry from the quality and service one would expect from a renowned brand like Sheraton. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with every aspect of my stay.
Let's start with the service, or lack thereof. The staff at Four Points by Sheraton Boracay seemed completely indifferent to the needs and concerns of their guests. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and downright rude. It was as if they had forgotten that their primary duty was to ensure guest satisfaction. This level of apathy is simply unacceptable.
Moving on to the breakfast, it was nothing short of a disaster. The buffet was in disarray, with food strewn about haphazardly. It was a messy and unappetizing sight, to say the least. The quality of the food was equally disappointing. Everything tasted stale and flavorless, leaving me with a lingering sense of regret for even attempting to eat there. And let's not even talk about the simple black coffee—it was undrinkable, with a taste that could only be described as repulsive.
The accommodations at Four Points by Sheraton Boracay were equally abysmal. The beds were unbearably stiff and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The room itself was a disgrace. It was evident that the cleaning staff had neglected their duties, as dust and dirt were visible in every nook and cranny. The overall lack of cleanliness was appalling and left me questioning the hotel's commitment to basic hygiene standards.
To top it all off, the water pressure in the shower was laughably weak. It was like trying to rinse off under a trickle of water. It is absolutely mind-boggling that a supposedly "new hotel" like Four Points by Sheraton Boracay could have such fundamental issues. It's a shame that they carry the Sheraton brand and mislead guests into expecting a level of quality that they simply do not deliver.
In conclusion, I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of Four Points by Sheraton Boracay. The terrible service, poor and messy breakfast, dreadful coffee, uncomfortable beds, abysmal room cleanliness, and weak shower water pressure make this hotel a complete nightmare. Save yourself the misery and frustration—I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Перед отпуском читала много отзывов о всех почти отелях, и уже наслышана была о гостеприимстве местных жителей, ну и конечно же персонала, но в Four Points by Sheraton выше все похвал!!! Приветственные коктейли, охладиться с дороги, теплые полотенца☺️
Самое главное тихое место, не шумное, начало 1 станции, выход к морю идеальное. Рядом супермаркет Робинзон, самый дешевый сан мигель) Рядом правее от моря, можно попасть на другой пляж 🏝️
Завтраки хорошие, супчик с утра….ммм
Десерты отличные!

В целом пребывание понравилось. Чисто, уютно, практически весь персонал очень приветлив, в отеле относительно все новое, есть ощущение будто новый отель простаивал и портился из-за особенностей влажного климата. Завтрак за 6 дней не надоел , переодически меняется, есть сыры с плесень, готовят супы , не представляю себе Азию без супа на завтрак. На ужине была живая музыка каждый вечер, несмотря на низкую загрузку ресторана.

Ожидали намного большего за такую не маленькую для Филиппин цену. Завтрак просто ужасен - выбор классических блюд для завтрака минимальный - нет круассанов, каш, йогуртов, сыров, колбас, ветчины, помидор. Вафли сухие, омлет пересушен, кофе разбавлен настолько, что ты уже не чувствуешь его вкус. Из фруктов только незрелый арбуз. На обед попытались заказ поесть, но из 4 позиций (fish and chips, mango sticky rice, chicken fingers, pineapple shake) в наличии не было ничего. Хотели лично донести feedback до менеджера ресторана, но менеджер передал нам привет и сказал, что прямо очень занят. Ну ок

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben auch ein Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, frische Handtücher gebracht usw. Der Pool ist auch ganz ok, allerdings befindet sich am vorderen Pool eine kleine Baustelle, da der Pool erneuert wird und dadurch es etwas lauter sein kann , durch diese Bauarbeiten. stündlich fuhr ein Shuttlebus bis zur Station 2, der Fahrer lässt einen auch vorher raus, das hat wunderbar geklappt
Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist leider die Lage, Man muss paar Meter bis zum Strand laufen, hin geht’s bergab :/ ca 5 min bis zum Strand. Das Frühstück war auch nicht so besonders gut, fast keine Auswahl, daher sind wir dann nicht mehr morgens hin.
