Staff was very friendly. We could take a shuttle service from the Hotel for free to the Mall and to most Tours.

Our family had a wonderful stay in the Premier Room at Pinnacle Boracay from January 29 to February 1. The room was spacious, modern, and well-maintained, providing the perfect home away from home during our vacation. The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep every night. The balcony offered a nice view, and we enjoyed having coffee there in the mornings. The bathroom was clean and stocked with essentials, and the hot water worked perfectly—ideal after a long day at the beach. We also appreciated the quiet ambiance of the hotel, which made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and shuttle service available when needed. Overall, our stay in the Premier Room at Pinnacle Boracay was a fantastic experience for our family. We highly recommend it for those looking for comfort, privacy, and excellent service in Boracay. We’ll definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle. Love the showers powerful and good temperature control, slight downside for water sipping through but all is good. It’s in close proximity to the beach so that was nice, however the part of the beach we were close to had a lot of seaweed. Breakfast was ok standard options which sufficed. We like the two Queen size bed per room setup. One of the thing that we were really thankful for is that they accommodated for our friend’s dietary requirements as she had to fast for the month of Ramadan.

We stayed here for three nights 9-12 January. We had an early check in at 2. Staff as usual are always friendly and helpful the free shuttle to and from D Mall was handy. Unfortunately the breakfast is not very appealing or something to rave about. Everything is cold they don’t have the burners on to keep the food warm. We got a good deal with Trip.com We plan to return in June hopefully there will be good rates and they will improve on their breakfast.

Far from Dmall but they offer free shuttle. Breakfast is typical but good. The rooms are sooo big didn’t expect that. (Comparing to Henann where we usually stay). Love the staffs, super accommodating! Especially the OJTs

房間排列挺憋屈 雖然有個陽台 出去就跟對面房間面面相覷 廁所排水確實有問題 洗個澡全房間都濕漉漉的 除了跟lind 公用一個海灘 其他都沒什麼好的 沒有吹風機 酒店shuttle 去Dmall 的衹到五點 也沒有提前通知 然後司機經常出去了 然後就讓你自己打車 去的時候客人太少了。 根本沒有自助早餐 早餐很難吃 懷疑是人少 大廚直接下班了 讓學徒隨便做做的

挺好的酒店，服務啥的都不錯。

住這個酒店感覺被羞辱了一樣，給中國人最差的房間。訂的海景陽台房，結果是一樓完全沒光線，彷彿是地下室的房間，走進去很潮濕。要求換房，結果要加多600塊，還是攜程給的，這要給攜程的服務點贊，讓遠離國家的走遊客感覺到了一絲温暖。衹有酒店的服務員態度還好，畢竟是打工的。前台冰塊臉，感覺欠了它幾百萬。加錢換的房間並不咋地，陽台海景前面被前面酒店擋了一大半。洗澡排水有問題，水蔓延出來，上個廁所都不好走。建議這樣的酒店不要推薦給大家了，明顯的羞辱中國人的行為。

Overall we had a great experience with our stay at The Pinnacle., all the staffs was very courteous. Kudos to Mike, Nathan and Bernadeth. Very accommodating. The OJT's were as accommodating as well. As well as during our breakfast. I will definitely recommend Pinnacle to family and friends. 5 stars!.

LOCATION: Perfectly located in Station 1, the hotel offers a great spot, peaceful and serene ambiance. The pool was nice and clean. ROOM: We booked a superior room. And it was neat and spacious. STAFF:Among the three hotels we stayed at during our 10-day Boracay trip, the staff here were by far the friendliest, most accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Kudos to everyone, especially the front office team and Ardy, who thoughtfully set up our table on the rooftop deck. SPECIAL FEATURE: A standout feature of the hotel is its rooftop deck, where you can enjoy a relaxing "happy hour" while taking in a stunning sunset view.

The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Transport is provided during the day. The ambiance is nice and quiet. The only issue is that the restrooms needs privacy but overall we had a great stay and will definitely come back again.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Every detail seemed thoughtfully attended to, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. The management was incredibly polite, ensuring a seamless and pleasant stay. Their warm hospitality stood out, as they went above and beyond to accommodate any requests and make guests feel truly valued. It was evident that they genuinely cared about providing an exceptional experience. Breakfast, while decent, was not the highlight of the stay. Though it met basic expectations, it lacked the variety or flair one might hope for in a standout meal. However, this was more than made up for by the excellent quality of the room service food. The dishes were well-prepared, delicious, and delivered promptly. Every bite reflected the care and attention of the kitchen staff, making it a memorable part of the experience. Overall, the combination of a clean, comfortable room, attentive management, and outstanding room service made the stay highly enjoyable. While the breakfast could use a bit of improvement, it was a small detail in an otherwise fantastic visit. This is the kind of place you’d be happy to return to for its warmth and excellent service.

It was a wonderful experience in boracay. The staff are so kind and friendly! The place is so relaxing and welcoming! And not over crowded the beach ! A wonderful place to stay in boracay ! It’s so clean and the staff are accommodating and always there for their guests need !

A beautiful place to stay. We really enjoyed with the staff being so friendly an accomodating ♥️ From the reception to dining, housekeeping and to check out - it was always a warm welcome. Ardy from the restaurant is really nice and just made the dining experience so much better.
