Fairways is a well established resort and run well. For the affordable price, you can only imagine that it is very busy and that there are a lot of people. Pros: The room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view. The resort has a few different restaurants to choose from and lots of different amenities such as a gym, swimming pools, pickle ball etc. The reception and all staff is very friendly! Cons: Upon checking in, we waited an hour to get checked in and after a long day of travel that can be disappointing. The lady at reception was kind enough to upgrade us to a better room but overall the check in process should be smoother for such a big resort. There was also a lot of noise on the floor that we stayed at so if you want a relaxing stay without loud people, maybe consider a different place or choose more expensive room to be further from other people. Another “bad” point is that the resort is very big and although they have shuttle busses to take you around in the resort, most of the time you have to wait for them and they can be crowded. Overall we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the amenities!

The resort is very good and the staff are really hospitable. I would recommend this place if you want a peaceful villlage type resort.

A perfect place for anyone seeking a chill and tranquil atmosphere. Situated along the new coast, it offers a lovely view of the keyhole rock formation. Besides the beautiful landscapes and seascapes, we really appreciated all the amenities available during our stay. The friendly staff really made it special for us too. Overall, it’s a fantastic deal for what you get!

Awesome place to chill....the staff are helpful & polite good service...The pool foam party is funtabulous. The facilities are awesome...clean & well maintained pools...lovely view of the golf course. Yummy foods....the only disliked the Wifi should be better too slow & too many interruptions during our stay.

First day was excellent but the service was not consistent. The front desk did not communicate our request to take on our breakfast. An FO was not filed. Also we were not given WIFI vouchers on the 2nd day

We had a super super delightful and pleasurable stay in Fairways. I would definitely come back. Our room was clean and spacious, nice smelling with the ionizing machine and with complete toiletries. The toilet had an awful smell all throughout but we didnt raise that concern anymore. Even if the resort is not at the beachfront of the main beach, staying here is so much worth it. It is in the midst of nature, with fresh air, secure, trees all around. Totally refreshing, hearing the sound of birds and insects outside our villa. We would just go to station 2 (after the sumptuous buffet breakfast) using the free shuttle and go back at 3pm to enjoy the foam party at the pool til night. No hassle whatsoever for the location. We got to enjoy the powdery white sand beach and the secluded private resort as well. We didnt bother to do island hopping coz the beach and the resort amenities were amusing enough. The beach in the resort premises was not good, though. The current was strong, it was jellyfish season and there were trash in the shore. Hope they maintain the cleanliness of that area as well. It's a short walk going to the Keyhole. I highly highly recommend this wonderful beach reaort. No other place to stay when in Boracay. Thanks Fairways, we will be back!!!!

Is a great hotel that can organise transport from the airport for you. The hotel is located around a golf course in awesome location with many pools and private beach. The only downside is that it is so big that you need busses to get around. They are always there writing minutes, but after breakfast there is a queue. Also some of them are quite dirty inside I ruined my white tshirt in one of them. But the people there are super friendly and it’s well organized.

Pretty bad experience in general, people was friendly and in most cases all the issues were not their fault. And the beach near the swimming pool is nice. These are the issues we encountered 1 it took us more than 1h for check in and transport to the room. We arrived to the check in and got told to sit and wait, a couple that arrived afterwards even if they were told to sit and wait they got in front of us while the workers did nothing, other 3 people came and at some point i had to stand up and go myself because workers were doing nothing and the other people was going in front of me right and left. 2 not enough transport, this resort would be brilliant if it had enough people and transport but seems like it takes 15-20mins to go anywhere, they need more personal and definitely more transport. 3 students not well trained and not enough workers, students on OJT are in training they shouldnt be the ones doing most of the work in our case they were nice and friendly but they took us to the wrong room. Better training should be provided and more professional staff hired for it to be run well. 4 bed hard and uncomfortable… at hotel of this level you expect a decent bed not a hard cheap mattress and thats what we got. Woke up with back pain 5 everything is too far and with not enough transport, makes this place a mess. 6 atm we were told the only atm we could find in the gift shop was just for local cards, this hotel caters to many foreigners… and 0 atms? 7 breakfast lacking no bacon and tons of things missing , while the tofu or eggs were nice breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. But funny enough the workers were extremely professional when it was time to kick you out of the breakfast even if one person on your table hasnt finished. 8 no elevators… again, why no elevators? 9 check out we were supposed to check out before 6am and were ready at 5:35 but no transport came until almost 6, so we were late for out transport to the airport. Please do not listen to lying and paid influencers, the hotel is not up to standards. Dont waste your money and go somewhere else.

We had a wonderful stay here at fairways! All staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The property was very spacious and they even have a big private beach. Our room was very clean and smells so good. The best part is the pool party where my kid had so much fun because of the bubbles! Also there are different restaurants to choose from. For me this hotel is underrated. It should be 5 stars!!!

I truly appreciate Anthony’s work ethic. When we ran into trouble, he was able to help us resolve it in a very timely and responsible manner, which helped us regain our good spirits. Thank you to Anthony for saving our holiday. His professional attitude has enhanced our experience with this hotel. The foam party was great, and the staff were very friendly and responsible. It’s a wonderful memory.
