A very basic hotel. Might be okay for a business travelers like ourselves this time but definitely not for a relaxing vacation. Service is quite disappointing. One time the staff didn’t bring water bottles in our room and we requested from the reception desk. They called us back and said that the staff already marked our room as ‘delivered’. So, are we lying?😁 small things but they make it memorable in a bad way. Also, cleaning is not even good, not to say perfect. Floor was still dirty after they ‘mapped’ it, there was hair and sand in the corners. They don’t provide hand or face towels, you have to make an additional request. The shower is leaking all over the bathroom floor. There was a mold smell in the room, I guess it’s from the sofa.. My nose was constantly clogged during my stay. Breakfast has very limited options. We had a hard time choosing what to eat. Coffee is terrible too. Location is pretty good, station 2 White beach is literally 3 mins away on foot and there are many restaurants around. Still, for this price it’s kinda worth it if you know all cons. However, I wouldn’t stay here again

The good: friendly and helpful staff The bad: dirty room especially the toilet. They promised to have the cook wares but none are available (on demand only). Food (breakfast) is not good and feels like a food for the prison (either salty or bland). Also lack of healthy options. My feedback is based on my actual experience… real talk lang.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great as it was easily accessible to basic needs and transportation. The room was very spacious. And the staff was very friendly and hospitable especially Sir CJ.

We love the place. Staff are approachable. Amenities are great. Just one call and they brought pans, rice cooker and other kitchen needs. Stocks are always replenished - tissue papers, bathroom needs, bottled water etc. Will definitely book again in the future

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—conveniently close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

I really enjoy staying in Azalea Hotel, the hotel is clean, everyday they always change the towels, the room is big good for a family., i will come back and stay again in Azalea hotel.

Perfect place to stay. Very accommodating hotel staffs. Its just that the hotel bathroom is a little but small. hoping it would be bigger.

We were satisfied and happy with over all experience in Azalea. Great choice of hotel especially for groups & families. Rooms and cr are all clean. Nice & attentive staffs. Were definetly going to book here again.

We love the swimming pool at the roof deck. The facilities are good and the service crew were all approachable and kind. Thank you so much.

Location is fine but going to the beach is messy due to construction and repair of the road. Deluxe room is that oksh but my view from my room is an old delapidated top of the building. My room was never been cleaned since I checked till I checked l out. Bathroom door was replaced with small curtain and waters still coming out on the main floor. So I need to place spare towel to make it dry. Staffs are lovely & cheerful. Food is average on breakfast, but brewed coffee is lovely.

Checkin was delayed by 30 mins but when we got into our room, we felt very happy. Huge beds, enough space and very fast internet. I was able to work during our stay. Was able to cook our foods din, tipid hacks

Our family really enjoy our stay in azalea.. a very nice and big bedrooms that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.. and I really love the most is when we check in there is no hassle and it didn't take too long and also they did not take a deposit.. and also the staff are nice.. thank you..hope to see you soon🫰🫰💜💜💜

The room was Spacious. The pool heated at night and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The hotel isn’t that far from the beach. Just a few minutes walk on a well lit road.

It’s our 2nd time in Boracay and we chose to stay at Azalea Hotels and Residences with my family and inlaws. We booked two deluxe rooms.  Upon check-in, staff were accommodating and kind. The room was spacious and its amenities allow you to cook your own meals. One thing that made me so happy is the clothes line in the balcony and bathroom. Definitely a must have when at the beach. The hotel was just 6 mins walk to the beach in Station 2. Lovely! It’s near the main road, too.  I also love their breakfast area. Perfect for active kids like mine. They loved the small teddy bears that served as decoration which they were able to play with every time we dine. 🥰 Their pool at the roof deck was simple but they have a pool for little kids like my 2-yr old which made it more fun for us. I’m highly recommending this place! 😊
