I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly

They have clean rooms, mabango at mababait yung staff. Accomodating sila. They also have complimentary drinks and mabango yung rooms. Will definetly stay here in our next visit.

It was our first time in Altabriza and we enjoyed our stay despite of not so good weather condition during our stay but since the location was so good, near and just a walking distance to DMall, White Beach and Bulabog Beach so we still get to do and enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the lack of food options for breakfast. Food is important too in every traveller so they should try to reasses their strategy. The staffs were approachable which is also a good thing and were greatful. It was a nice experience though we are not considering to book here again if ever we wanted to be stay in the busy center of the island. 😊

We enjoy together with my family

Luxurious hotel. Excellent breakfast options, beautiful pool. My kids loved it, plus there was another on the 7th floor. Really nice. Conveniently located near the 🏖️⛱️ and outdoor shopping malls. Stayed there. No regrets. Booked twice to extend my stay. I loved that they had a pipe just outside the hotel to wash our feet after we returned from the beach with all the sand on our feet. Lovely rooms and great service. 10 out of 10 💯.

The holiday started off great but we were then confronted with an issue regarding a stain on the bedsheets, we could not figure out where the bluish black colour had come from as nothing in the room or our belongings resembled this. Following this we had just had the room cleaned and there was a member of staff in our room, please look at the pictures to see what we found, this was one bed 4 pillows a pool towel and a bathroom floor mat, note the same colour stains on the new sheets and the bath towel. I spoke to reception they said they would speak with the manager, we recieved a note giving a free massage but as it was dinner time and our last night we wanted to be out. Later that night i met the manager Jalal Qneibi we discussed the matter and he was appalled, after he had a while to think he offered us a free weekend in one of 3 hotels which i thought was very generous. He asked me to email him to confirm so when i returned i sent a message only for it to fail, i have tried 5 times to 3 different emails and even tried to call him to no avail. Please check your linen and room and if there is anything at all not quite right i would advise you to immediately let the staff know so they don't try blame you.

Location is near D-mall and PWD accessible, rooms are spacious. Infinity pool closing hour is a bit early than other hotels, only 1 bottle of drinking water per day so be prepared to always call room service. Food was ok for the price; we only had a problem with their egg station as the cook tend to be easily distracted and forget your order or even give it to other hotel guests. Overall it is a good stay.

I stayed this place and they upgraded my room with mini pool . Close to everything walking distance to the beach and and away from noise.

The room was very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Located close to the beach and the mall.

I was given 2 beds instead of king size bed. we merge the beds instead. Amenities were great. staffs were very polite and kind. I love their infinity pool but it should face the sunset side to make it perfect. overall, i rate his hotel as 4/5.

Amenities: No hair dryer and flat iron available Service: the pool attendant is not that friendly unlike other staff F&B: excellent food quality, excellent service, keep it up all in all, we had a great time during our stay. i will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Kudos to Guest Officer Mam Rhea and Shanen for the extra mile service and assistance provided to us during our stay. The hotel is superbly in all aspects, my kids enjoy swimming in your pools specially the nice viewed infinity pool. Highly recommended to those going to Bora
