Dockside Lodge

This hotel was easy to find but not close to the city center. However there is the Bootle train station which is about a 10 minute walk. There are no taxis in this area. The hotel has a kitchen for residents to use. The bedrooms are super clean and safe. Its a bit noisy with the morning madness so bring ear plugs. Overall, as always Liverpool is an amazing city to visit. Its my second time visiting.

Could not be worse

When arriving to the accommodation. We were unable to get in the building until somebody luckily exited. We were then told by a very helpful person working there The building has been sold and is no long in use for accommodation. It is now housing people as a hostel. We were the 4th person that this had happened to on the day. Unfortunately due to this lack of information from the parties involved. We had to seek alternative accommodation for the night. Due to there being an event on so due the lack of hotels available weve had to pay nearly 3x the cost of our original booking

The hotel was not contactable via phone or email I did not receive an access code to enter the property and had to book alternative accommodation at very short notice. ******* were of no assistance whatsoever

Good hotel rooms were clean enough, comfy beds, quiet area. Everything was as expected. Perfect hotel for the night. Would stay again if i was to be back in Liverpool.

SCAM Didnt get the Email with the code, so had no way of entering the building. Tried calling, but no answer. Looked abbandoned and closed, do not recommend. Had to get another Hotel…
