The hotel was as you would expect, excellent service on arrival and departure from reception staff. Only comment on the room was there were 3 empty water bottles behind the curtains. Where the hotel let us down was breakfast. The staff were again excellent but fighting to cope with the volume of covers, the chefs did seem to have it easy and had time for a chat when all around were run off their feet. The food was not enticing, items missing and not being replaced, no coffee cups/mugs and a thoroughly disappointing experience we have never had in a Premier Inn. We will not book breakfast ever again, waste of money. I don't normally bother with reviews but as Premier Inn keep e mailing for one, here it is.
