I had Maine on my bucket list for a while. Finally made it. I did my research and came across Greenleaf Inn. All I can say is, a dream come true. It was way beyond our expectations. The most picturesque location you could ever wish for. Inn is gorgeous. Completely renovated very tastefully. The Inn manager, John known as (Jersey) was the most caring, pleasing human we’ve ever encountered. He organized the most amazing lobster bake on site for our group which was out of this world. Breakfast at the inn etc. not a single detail overlooked. Boothbay Harbor is like out of a story book and this Inn was the icing on the cake.

We stayed at Greenleaf just before purchasing our own place in Boothbay Harbor. Jersey, the manager, is on top of every detail and helped us in innumerable ways during our stay. He knows everything about the area and is the ultimate host. Greenleaf is very centrally located and you can walk everywhere, too. Thanks Jersey!

Jersey, Thank you for an exceptional visit to the Greenleaf Inn. You’ve truly set the bar high for a relaxing long weekend. Your attention to detail was superb. We especially appreciated the inviting common-area kitchen, stocked with complimentary breakfast items, drinks, and snacks. Our room was beautifully appointed and exceptionally comfortable. Your recommendations for dinner and local attractions were spot-on and added so much to our experience. We had a truly leisurely and enjoyable stay at Greenleaf. Thank you again!

We booked a stay for Memorial Day weekend after seeing this place on youtube and it DID NOT disappoint. The house is stunning, the views were gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, and it was a 2 minute walk or less to downtown and the harbor itself. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were pastries every morning, and a Keurig for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. Jersey was the absolute perfect host. He called places in the area to see who was open for dinner because we arrived late-ish in the evening. He went to pick up the food with my husband, set up the dining table with plates and utensils, and even put a movie on for my kids!! S'mores and the campfire on our last night was a great ending to our weekend!

Wonderful 2-night stay celebrating our wedding anniversary. Beautiful house, comfortable room with beautiful harbor views. ‘Jersey John’ was a great host, making us feel like we were visiting with an old friend. John offered us great ideas for tourist and local experiences - trust his recommendations and you will not be disappointed!

My Bride and I visited here celebrating our 43rd anniversary and LOVED IT! Very comfortable with the BEST view of the bay and a host to remember. "Jersy" was quite accommodating and made us feel right at home. This is an interesting B&B approach. Instead of cereal or doughnuts, he offers a well-stocked kitchen for your personal use. Just bring your special needs, because he has everything else there waiting for you.

Beautiful place with great views! Our room was cute and clean very comfortable! Jersey John was great, showed us around the different rooms, gave us some good choices to go for drinks and dinner, was very friendly and had some great laughs while there! Plenty of pastries and fruit and snacks, refrigerator was stocked with beverages and yogurt! John is doing a great job with the different renovations was working hard everyday! Would definitely recommend!

I was walking with my husband and I stopped to ask this man painting his sign if your inn offered breakfast to non guests, there was no Place open! He said you can have breakfast here and got down off his ladder and said follow me so up to the front door we went and he sat us at a lovely outdoor overlooking the harbor! Soon brought us coffee and the breakfast we asked for. We were both so thankful and appreciative! We then had great conversation and tour of his property which was very impressive my husband has an engineer vision and complimented all the floors and other recent projects! Jersey John leads business with his heart and it shows ! Grounds are lovingly cared for!

Charming inn and very comfortable with attention to details . Stayed in the Admirals House. Was very well equipped for cooking if desired, coffee and snacks always available, spacious lounging area. Bedroom was very comfortable with small deck and good shower/bath. Host is very friendly and nice and gives good suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Would highly recommend.
