Booked for the festive afternoon tea and we weren’t disappointed! Sandwiches were delectable, especially the ham with pear chutney. The cakes were equally tasty, and so many we couldn’t finish it all. The festive mulled wine was a lovely touch, and not too overpowering of clove either. We’d definitely go back

The title says it’s all really. This place cares about its patrons and really goes out of its way to ensure you have a comfortable and luxurious stay. We stayed in the Princess Margaret suite which was beautiful. Lavishly decorated and a stunning bathroom - we were very comfortable indeed (the bed was devine). All the staff we encountered were truly hospitable - a credit to the hotel. A special note of thanks for the housekeeping staff, who I think were the friendliest I’ve ever encountered! We will certainly be returning and will be recommending the hotel to family and friends.

It was excellent couldn't fault anything about our experience at Plas Dinas. The service was outstanding by all members of staff especially Liam,they were all so friendly. Our whole dining experience was exceptional and the food was so flavoursome. The whole house and bedrooms were very comfortable with lots of attention to detail. We loved it all.

Wonderful location. Former home of Lord Snowdon and weekend retreat for Princess Margaret. Exquisitely furnished rooms, friendly and accommodating staff and an award winning Gunroom restaurant which is featured in the Michelin Guide. Hotel of the year in North Wales since 2021.

We love this hotel , the whole place makes you feel so special . We did the winter break deal which is a great way to experience it. This was our third visit and definitely not our last . Daniel and his staff are so welcoming , it’s just lovely . The rooms are all so different but exceptionally clean . The little touches of home made fudge and biscuits , fresh milk for your tea and coffee . Breakfast is well organised , you can pick it the night before and has great choices . We loved the poached egg with avocado, and the Welsh cooked breakfast is definitely a good choice . Best advice - don’t hesitate just book

Plas Dinas is truly a wonderful place to stay. The food is wonderful and has notably just got better and better. The rooms and front of house team are what make Plas Dinas so special. The attention to detail is remarkable and the owners should be very proud. Personally meeting the chef at the end of the meal may be nice but I understand he might not be that way. Keep working hard at it. Your remarkable business makes marks on people's lives my stay in sir Robert is one I will never forget. People need your care and are so incredibly grateful for all your hard work. I will return as soon as I can.

We stayed at Plas Dinas for a couple of nights last week, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by attentive and friendly staff. Our room (the Princess Margaret Suite) was lovely. Dinner was excellent and we really enjoyed the experience.

A lovely place to relax, where all the "staff" are so efficient and so friendly. Our room (Buckley) was immaculately clean and very well equipped. In spite of the hotel being reasonably busy, our room was very quiet. Decoration throughout the building is excellent and the many old photos and paintings are fascinating. Breakfast included the best sausages and the best bacon I have ever had.
