We have just returned from a night's stay to celebrate a Special Birthday staying in Sir Robert Armstrong -Jones Room.Waw...from arriving to leaving our whole experience was Absolutely Amazing.We had a lovely welcome and was shown to our beautiful room wich was of highest standard.The little extras in the room were a treat and the toiletries were the best quality ever. The dining ecperience was an absolute delight( My partner an ex-executive chef and myself in hospitality).We were blown away with the high standard of Service from All Staff( Some names known but not all sorry...) Dylan..Liam..Aaron.All were very Professional..Smart with full knowledge of what they were serving.A real credit to you. The Pre-Dinner Drinks and Canopes were a real treat before being ushered through to a very cosy part of the restaurant.Compliments to The Head Chef Daniel ap Geraint and his team for the most Amazing Dining experience ever...All the dishes were presented to the highest standards with tastes and flavours never known before.Breakfast today was again excellent quality and was freshly cooked ...plenty of choice and served with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and we took advantage of the gorgeous weather to take a stroll and relax on one of many benches dotted around. Truly an Amazing Stay. Thank you Annie & Daniel for creating such a Beautiful Place for that Special Ocassion. Diolch yn Fawr Pawb. Thank you Everyone.

Booked for the festive afternoon tea and we weren’t disappointed! Sandwiches were delectable, especially the ham with pear chutney. The cakes were equally tasty, and so many we couldn’t finish it all. The festive mulled wine was a lovely touch, and not too overpowering of clove either. We’d definitely go back

The title says it’s all really. This place cares about its patrons and really goes out of its way to ensure you have a comfortable and luxurious stay. We stayed in the Princess Margaret suite which was beautiful. Lavishly decorated and a stunning bathroom - we were very comfortable indeed (the bed was devine). All the staff we encountered were truly hospitable - a credit to the hotel. A special note of thanks for the housekeeping staff, who I think were the friendliest I’ve ever encountered! We will certainly be returning and will be recommending the hotel to family and friends.

It was excellent couldn't fault anything about our experience at Plas Dinas. The service was outstanding by all members of staff especially Liam,they were all so friendly. Our whole dining experience was exceptional and the food was so flavoursome. The whole house and bedrooms were very comfortable with lots of attention to detail. We loved it all.

Wonderful location. Former home of Lord Snowdon and weekend retreat for Princess Margaret. Exquisitely furnished rooms, friendly and accommodating staff and an award winning Gunroom restaurant which is featured in the Michelin Guide. Hotel of the year in North Wales since 2021.

Got this as a christmas present and What a fantastic venue and a afternoon tea that was one of the best I have ever had with lovely sandwiches and cakes and fantastic savourys and unlimited tea and coffee,would highly recommend anyone to sample this lovely location and food

This is one of view hotels that tick all the boxes. It would be difficult indeed to find a fault in our opinion. The hotel is beautifully furnished and service is exceptional. We particularly found Rupert so welcoming and he was very helpful and understanding about my husbands specific needs due to recent surgery. The food is amazing and we enjoyed all the courses from a well balanced menu, we wished we could have found room for afternoon tea as so many non residents were recommending it. We had a very tastefully furnished room which was spacious and an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was something else!! So large and again facilities and decor were great. The grounds are very well maintained and a touch of spring was evident in the planting, so nice to see. We look forward to our next visit.

Amazing visit from start to finish , welcomed by Ferdy who booked us in and showed us up one flight of stairs to the wonderful Lewellyn room . Huge bed which was so comfortable, some beautiful furniture and elegant bathroom . Welcome pack of biscuits and fudge were a treat we didn't expect .
