Clean, Nice hotel. Located about 15 min taxi ride from city center. Breakfast was nice, room was very spacious. However, electricity and water was cut off during the night. Got back to hotel late from dinner, and no electricity and no water for about an hour. It happened right before midnight and I had to go down to lobby few times to check out the status. Hotel said their electricity provider was having issues..okay..nothing i could do. However, once the electricity was back on i noticed water was all yellow. It was like that until I checked out. It was disgusting. I had to use and take shower with yellow water. Told front office when I checked out, but they only said sorry. No compensation for the inconvinences or what so ever. well, at least tbey said sorry..right? Think again before making reservation here. You might be out of electricity or stuck with yellow water and sorry. Check out the picture of the water! So clean and nice! NOT!

Good location, very closed to metro Heroismo station. Breakfast is ok, but amenities should be improved.

Just 1 minute walk from Heroismo metro station, the room is large with free wifi access, electronic safebox and minibar. Outdoor gym and nice peaceful lobby. Fast check in.

The location of this hotel very close to train station campanha porto , the staff very nice and breakfast it's good.

The hotel is right in front of a metro station and walking distance to the center. The receptionists are very nice. But the greenish mouldy shower is a big no to me.

整個城區比較老舊，酒店的現代就比較突出。離火車站比較近，走路12分鐘的樣子.周邊餐飲不多，旁邊有個比薩店味道還不錯，小夥子們個個帥氣幹練，服務周到，價格也還可以。整體來講葡萄牙在西歐的消費是最低的。

What I liked about the hotel the most was its location. Metro station is right opposite the hotel at 2 mins walk, and hotel is at 7-10 minutes walk from the city centre. I even reached the river side just by walking around and following the Google maps. Rooms are pretty big,neat, but the issue was blocking view from the balcony. It's not interesting that way. Also, it is very easy for people from side rooms to come in. So, it's not safe, too. Breakfast is OK. Not great choices. Simple and regular options like breads with spreads and cheese, fried eggs, juices, and some bakery.

A newly designed hotel lobby & room featuring e transparent glass wall that overlooks a tranquil garden. Metro, local tasty bakery & mini mart nearby within stone throw away. The warm and welcoming lovely hotel service ambassadors Eunice, Joao, Filippe & Sandra create a truly inviting atmosphere & throughout my stay!

Very nice hotel. Super practical from the airport as it is located right next to the metro station Heroismo. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is great with excellent fruits and pastries. The terrace is very pleasant. TV choice is also diverse with several international and portuguese channels. 15-minute walk to reach the center of Porto. Only areas for improvement for me would be the shower and the heat in the rooms: little privacy in the shower due to its transparent see-through glass (as well as water heat that is difficult to adjust), and it is slightly hot in the rooms when entering and sometimes during the night (good thing there is AC, but you may have to leave it on during the night). The rest is great, recommend this hotel 👍

Great hotel tucked away in a less touristy area. Had the metro station opposite which allowed us to explore all of Porto with ease. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and easy access. Excellent restaurants near by with good local cuisine. Found by accident when we suddenly needed a room in Porto unexpectedly but so pleased we did.

Although the room was a little cramped due to an easy chair that really wasn't necessary, the bed was very comfortable and facilities good. The hotel is attractive, clean and well cared for and the room was tidied/ fluffy fresh towels daily. Breakfast was ample including delicious pastries. Desk staff were extremely helpful, especially when we needed to find a dentist. Great location, interesting neighborhood, 15 minute walk to downtown, close to metro, bus and train. Would suggest installing retractable clothesline in shower to enable hanging a few washables. Great value.

Lovely modern hotel away from the very busy centre of Porto. We had a large room with a comfy large bed and good pillows. The shower had a hand held and waterfall feature, great water pressure and there were large towels, which I always like. The usual shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hairdryer. The safe was large enough for us to put in both our laptops and there was also a kettle with tea and coffee provided. If you forget any adaptors they have a selection at the front desk to lend out. Good bar area though there are also several restaurants/bars close by and even more a few minutes walk away. The metro is literally opposite and goes direct to the airport too. We had the breakfast, which was excellent with a huge choice of hot and cold items and you could even have some fizz if desired. The coffee from the machine atsted good too. The parking garage was a good size and cost us 15 euros per day with in and out privileges. Also there is a Lidl supermarket 5 minutes walk away for any things like drinks, toiletries etc you may need. Would definitely book here again.
