Artcore Hotel Porto

Very nice, new hotel. Everything worked perfectly. Excellent ala carte breakfast for a very reasonable price. Location is convenient. Friendly staff.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and cared for. The staff were beyond amazing so friendly, supportive, and genuinely kind. They didn’t just do their jobs; they made me feel like I was staying with friends who truly wanted me to have the best time possible. Every single detail in this hotel feels so well thought out from the design to the small touches that make you smile. You can tell there’s so much love and attention behind everything they do. The atmosphere is warm, calm, and full of heart. The location is perfect ,right in the center, close to everything, but still peaceful when you’re back in your room. The price is also very reasonable for the quality and experience you get. My room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It was the kind of space you actually look forward to coming back to after a day exploring Porto. I’ve stayed in many places, but this one really stands out for how personal and genuine it felt. The team here turned a great stay into something unforgettable. If I could give them 100 out of 10, I absolutely would! ❤️

My son and I spent 4 nights in this hotel and we were hugely impressed by - well, everything! In particular, it's no exaggeration to say that the staff were clearly genuinely very keen to provide an excellent service in everything they did, whether at Reception, at breakfast or at the bar. It's a brand new and very stylish hotel (as the name suggests) which is finished to a very high standard throughout. Our room was very well-appointed and absolutely spotless. There's an extensive selection of toiletries, full tea and coffee facilities (including a kettle and a coffee-machine) and a complimentary mini-bar which was replenished every day. Breakfast features fresh fruit, bread and pastries, cheeses and meats - all of which are brought to the table, after which choices are made from the Menu. These include granola, yoghurt and cooked items, including variations on eggs etc. Along with the fresh fruit juice and tea/coffee, it's a comprehensive offering - and the staff even ask if you want more! There's a small pool at the back of the hotel and some loungers. We enjoyed having a dip and a beer here late-afternoon when we'd returned from a day exploring Porto and Gaia, which are extremely attractive and photogenic. The hotel is situated very close to a Metro Station, affording easy links in all directions. All in all then, Art Core Hotel exceeded mt expectations. It seems to me to be excellent value for money and the extremely friendly, hospitable and efficient staff, as well as the art-based decor throughout, mean that this is one not to be missed. Exceptional.

Our stay at Artcore Hotel Porto was amazing! This recently opened hotel is in an excellent location, outside the crowds of inner city Porto, but an easy walking distance to all the landmarks. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food and service were excellent! But what made the hotel a standout was the customer service. We've stayed at some very expensive, well-known hotels in the past, but their customer service did not compare to that of Artcore Hotel Porto. The general manager, waiters and front desk employees went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. I wish I could remember all their names, but it's been a couple of weeks. One employee spent at least a half hour telling us what sights we should visit and how to get there; another came by our room to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Snacks and water were available every day by the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel! We were in Portugal and Spain for two weeks, and this one definitely stood out!

Flawless experience, Relatively new hotel, the bar and spa are yet to open. From start to finish our experience was excellent. quirky decor and comfortable room with decent space, all very clean Breakfast was great Every member of staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well as well trained and very professional. Would be keen to stay again and would not hesitate in recommending it.

5 Star They say first impressions count, well the Artcore Hotel certainly hit high. Not only the first impressions but the second, third and forth. On arrival early morning due to a 2.5 hour flight delay we were met and the door by the night receptionist who was friendly and professional and checked us in and showed us to our room. The Hotel lives up to its brief as an Art display as well as a comfy hotel. The facilities are at the level of any 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. The decor is retro with all the modem comforts you expect today . All little extras this hotel offers make it stand out in the crowed, within 20mins walk to the river front or to the train station makes location perfect for us as we wanted to not only see Porto but go out to a couple of other lesser know towns. Having a small roof top pool with sun loungers made an ideal break from city walks. The Staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Never met friendlier staff. They rooms are supper comfy and as already stated retro with modern twists like a large circular Mirror which is your TV for the room. Brewing facilities and mini bar which was kept stoked up through our stay. There is an onsite restaurant which offer Breakfast, lunch and dinner but we didnt actual eat here it looked good. There is also a bar which is nice as it has a little outside seating area at the back. I would highly recommend this Hotel for any one who wants quality and great service. When I come back to Porto will definitely be book Artcore Hotel for my stay
