房間不大，但基礎設施都有，乾淨整潔，位置很好，離博爾扎諾主教堂很近，附近餐廳購物等都很方便，作為遊覽多洛米蒂的中轉休息站可以。但是房間淋浴熱水需要改善，10月已經很冷了，洗澡時淋浴水温不夠，凍感冒了，第二晚直接不敢洗澡。

very unfriendly reception by an older gentleman. I came the evening of my arrival to ask about the air conditioning that was not working and he offered no solution other than that someone would come and look at the air conditioning tomorrow. It was also 30 degrees that week. The next day an older woman at reception told me that they were working on it. 3 days later after complaining and sweating every night and every day I still didn't get a solution. Only after 4 days of stay did I finally find a friendly staff member (thank you Juliana) who offered me a room with working air conditioning for the last night. Apparently only a section of the rooms has real airco and the other ones have floor cooling that doesn’t really work. Breakfast was not tasty but the staff in the restaurant was very kind. Also the rooms smelled like sewer and the walls were very tin so I could hear everything from my neighbors. Very expensive for what it is, the only positive was the location.

We spent one night in this place. We had 2 individual beds and a nice room. Everything is well thought and very functional. The place is very clean. The breakfast is various and there is salted and sweety things to eat. This hotel is very well located to visit the old town by feet: less than 10 minutes walk. There’s also a garage for the car.

Location centrale e poco distante dalla stazione (meno di 10 minuti a piedi). Ambiente silenzioso, pulito, accogliente e personale affabile e sorridente. Stanza sobria ma spazi ed armadi sufficentissimi. Bidet assente, ma... si può sopravvivere senza per qualche giorno. Fuori ci sono locali e ristoranti per tutte le esigenze e di fronte una ottima yogurteria. Esperienza breve ma eccellente. consigliatissimo. Complimenti

Ho prenotato facilmente via e-mail ed il personale è stato molto veloce e reattivo a rispondere ed a propormi la migliore soluzione per il mio viaggio. L'hotel è centrale, in ottima posizione. Avevo una camera silenziosa all'ottavo piano. La camera era pulita e dotata di aria condizionata. Ho potuto depositare la valigia la sera per poi raggiungere con i mezzi il lago di Braies il giorno successivo in cui avevo il check out. Tramite i treni ed i bus è possibile raggiungere per tempo molte delle principali attrazioni escursionistiche delle Dolomiti. Il personale della reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare sceglierei un'altra volta questo hotel.

War okay Personal wirkte teilweise desinteressiert. Ansonsten sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Speisen waren für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Service könnte etwas freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein. Hier ist noxh etwas Luft nach oben

Premetto di essere andato da solo, camera piccola però perfettamente arredata, nuova e moderna., è un misto tra Hotel e Vecchia struttura tipo collegio, comunque in centro storico con garage per posto auto a pagamento extra, colazione è buona , servita servita in una saletta tirolese, mentre il buffet è direttamente nella mensa.prezzo adeguato alla struttura, circa 90 € per una singola a notte.

Zentral gelegen, 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof. Grundsätzlich ruhige Lage, Zimmer jedoch hellhörig. Zimmer einfach, aber funktional eingerichtet, zwei große Kleiderschränke, Schreibtisch, kein Platz für große Koffer. Sehr guter (Pflege)Zustand, sauber, Abflüsse im Bad riechen streng. WLAN langsam, aber stabil. Frühstück komplette Selbstbedienung, kantinenähnlich, gute Qualität der Speisen, lediglich der Orangensaft ungenießbar. Preis-Leistung für Bozen gut.
