Good comfortable hotel with a very large free parking, very practical for travelers with many vending machines in the lobby. We encountered just a small problem getting in at night as the key code for the doors didn’t work and we had to wake up the staff.

I was told that the check out time is 12:00, at least the trips.com booking confirmation email said so. When it was 10 to 12:00 a cleaning lady showed up, opened the door, waited for us to come out with the annoyed look on her face right in front of the door. She wouldn't close the door which was very rude and upset my feelings. I hope the hotel do better from now on. The staffs at the reception were great but that experience with

Amazing hotel very clean and everything is new. Staff are very polite and helpful. The location is very convenient however to get to the parking lot is a bit tricky as there are no clear signs on the gate for the hotel. I had to go around a couple of times until I found the entrance. All in all a very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

Everything was great, the hotel was brand new, super clean and they even offer a bike service to go around the city very easy. The stuff was very nice, specially Gaia who always had a very charming smile every single morning that put me in the right mood to start the day :) I will definitely come back!

Bien para un fin de semana. Lo único que tendrían que mejorar son las almohadas y las camas individuales muy chicas.

Tolles Hotel, lage etwas außerhalb, ein Bus fährt in die Stadt. Kann das Hotel empfehlen.

這個酒店是一個連鎖的酒店，有他應有的水準，但最大的問題是在這個城市，這個酒店的位置實在是太差，從市中心坐公交車至少半個小時以上，而且所處的環境是個工業區，空氣質量比較差，周邊什麼也沒有，連個咖啡館都得走十分鐘以上。當初準備租車才訂了這麼一個酒店，後來不租車了，忘記更改了酒店。還有一個很大的毛病，就是前台的服務很差，他們的那個工作人員連附近的旅遊景點怎麼坐車都不知道，最著名的多洛米蒂就近在咫尺，他們都不知道怎麼坐車去，我感覺這邊的住客應該不是遊客，基本上都是到工業區來出差的人。我已經踩雷了，希望給今後的遊客提供一個訊息，千萬千萬不能在這，除非你有車，但有車我也不建議住。一般的遊客到這個城市都是過渡，基本上都是要去多洛米蒂的，當然後來我發現這個城市有它的美，尤其是坐這個纜車去Renon山區的時候，真的很漂亮，不管是晴天還是霧天，都非常的美。

很少寫攜程的酒店評論，這家酒店感覺還是有必要寫一下。 1、服務差。 酒店是免費停車的，到的時候是晚上，停車場裏車停滿了，衹剩兩個車進去打不開門的縫縫，左右車都沒停好造成的。怕蹭到猶豫停不停的時候看到穿着酒店安全員衣服的人，便問了一下還有哪裡可以停車。那個工作人員問我們會給他錢嗎？給他錢可以給我們停。我們説不需要代泊車衹是問一下還有哪裡允許停車。那個人頭也不會走了。然後我們衹能進去問前台，前台踢皮球在這個停車場裏自己找位置。 補充一下，前台女生在入住的幾天裏態度冷漠，問什麼都是他們什麼都做不了。這個態度僅是對我們，所有進出的外國人都有熱情打招呼。 2、安全問題 我們定了兩晚酒店，第二天一早我正在換衣服，打掃衞生的大姐敲了一下門2秒直接刷門進來了，看到裏面有人才問了一句要打掃嗎？要的話把牌子掛門上。細思極恐，明明鎖門了有門卡的工作人員都能直接打開。 3、衞生差設施差 洗手間淋浴房角落都臟的泛黃了，桌上還有上一住客吃東西留下的漬。抽水馬桶牆上的按鈕一按就陷進去，馬桶就一直漏水。雙人床是兩張單人床拼一起的，雖然歐洲都是這樣但是因為他沒有床框固定，人一往中間一側翻身床墊就滑走，不如兩張分開放的單人床。房間沒有燒水壺沒有水什麼都沒有，水樓下販賣機買2歐一瓶。八百多一晚的經濟型酒店不知道是不是我要求的太多，但旅行了五十多個國家這個性價比沒誰了。 4、政策死板。 這酒店入住第一天已經遇到了以上那麼多不愉快，體驗太差想要提前退房換地方住，預訂的時候多付了錢買了可以取消的，取消時間是入住當天中午12點前。第二天一早八點就讓攜程去協調供應商並且自己也下樓去和前台協調取消一晚的事。又是到時候的那個女生，沒有經過任何申請和協調態度極差的説我們做不了任何事，我不阻止你走，但錢不退。 以上，大家自己斟酌。

單人床特別窄，衹有80cm。 其他作為快捷酒店都還好。

把有噪音的房間分配給中國人。這幾天幾個旅館總是這樣，非常歧視。
