Замечательный отель!
Быстрое заселение, доброжелательный персонал на ресепшене. По просьбе выдали гостевую карту Больцано по которой можно было бесплатно передвигаться на общественном транспорте. Очень комфортный, чистый номер, хорошо укомплектован, есть все необходимое для остановки на несколько дней. Расположение отеля прекрасное: близко к центру, железнодорожному и автовокзалу. Находится на центральной улице с многочисленными магазинами и барами. Рекомендую!

Do not believe the website that modification is possible- it is not. Had looked forward to this stay very much and specifically booked through the hotel website to secure the best rates and parking. I checked at the time of booking, and Elena had assured me that modification and cancellation would be possible “free of charge”. Needed to make a change to reservation- I was asking only to cancel the last 3 nights, to keep the first 4 nights. Hotel (Alice was my contact person now) did not have any flexibility to accommodate a partial cancellation in any way. Simply said the system wouldn’t allow it. Could not honour the first reservation. I had to cancel and rebook at the current rate which is now above my budget. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. While my fault for not checking if a partial cancellation was possible, the website should have been much clearer, and even a partial discount would have been appreciated and taken up.

Temporary homes di assoluto pregio nel pieno centro di Bolzano (via museo). Alloggi di recente costruzione, spaziosi, con rifiniture di pregio e gestione high tech delle stanze. Letto estremamente confortevole. Bagno molto spazioso con accessori da bagno di pregio. È stata una permanenza veramente piacevole. Nel mio caso non ne ho usufruito perché viaggiavo in treno, ma la struttura offre anche un parcheggio sotterraneo. Unico piccolo neo, l’assenza di deposito bagagli.

This apartment hotel was wonderful. The check in was pretty easy if you get there before 7 (the front desk was staffed until then). Each apartment comes with a kitchenette ( good for breakfast / heating items up only. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. We had a balcony overlooking the mountains which was fantastic for coffee/cocktails. Loved this place in a great location to walk to all the sights.

siamo stati una settimana per andare a sciare, per noi Bolzano è strategico, per tre quattro località sciistiche, presa formula con colazione hotel vicinissimo, abbondante e con varietà dolci e salate, appartamento funzionale completo per ogni esigenza, ben gestito, la posizione centrale agevola uscite serali, ristoranti e supermercati vicinissimi, garage consente autonomia negli spostamenti, torneremo.

Bellissimi appartamenti diversi per ogni esigenza. Completi di ogni confort. Ottima posizione. Confortevoli e dotati di tutto ciò che è necessario. Letto enorme, bagno grande e molto bello, a disposizione stoviglie, forno microonde, macchina caffè espresso. Luci e prese robotizzato. Terrazzo deliziosamente vivibile. Grazie per cortese ospitalità.
