Property is located in a very good location having all the amenities to make the stay comfortable and relaxed. The staffs are good and well behaved. Food is also very nice and at par with the other properties around. Overall it's a nice place to stay.

Overall, it was a positive experience. The hotel itself was commendable—clean, well-maintained, and with a hygienic atmosphere. The ambiance was satisfactory as well. But a notable improvement is required in the food quality. In terms of location, it's situated in a peaceful area, and the proximity to Visva-Bharati University (20 minutes walking distance, 1.3 km) is convenient. It's worth noting that, after Syambati, particularly around Lalbandh Jhil, the area might not be entirely safe for solo walks in the evening. For the safety of solo female travelers, I recommend avoiding solo walks during the evening and night; it's advisable to either go with someone or use a toto.

Great room service and staff! they addressed issues quickly according to their capabilities. Tv didn't work in my room or in the driver's room. It was raining and thankfully the staff provided umbrella. I had to cut my stay short due to rain since i couldn't get out and visit the places i wanted to. The food options look good on the menu but they may not prepare certain menu items if requested. Wifi signal was weak and only one phone could be connected.

Had a pleasant stay. Rooms were quite big and spaceous. The guest house is t like resort beautiful crafted and located in a peaceful place within 2 kms from the main road and the food was just awesome.

The facilities were ok but staff availability and hospitality was not upto the mark.
