We arrived at 1am, after a terrible experience at another lodge in Hartebeestpoort. We were immediately welcome, even though we hadn't booked. Service was professional, accommodating, and brilliant, from start to finish. The room was clean and ready for us. The venue peaceful, scenic - with plenty of wildlife around. Although there is development ongoing, it was never a bother, nor did it impede on us. The sky bar and restaurant was fantastic, and again the service good. Did not get a chance to try the spa out, as we had limited time. Close enough to Hartebeestpoort, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We certainly will be back.

Seasons has new management and I must really commend them There were noisy neighbours who insisted on playing their music loudly . (Why people are so inconsiderate I have no idea) but Amanda the new manageress was onto it immediately. She said that we could call her any time night or day for anything ! We enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant , the facilities were excellent and the pools and grounds well maintained . All in all a great week . We will be back !!!

Tried to book at this place for the coming weekend but couldn't. Just cannot understand why I'm needing to book 2 rooms when I have 2 small kids under 2 years who do not sleep on their own.. essentially I'd book an extra room which will not even be used. What happens if you have twins??? So they would rather have no booking because of greed - very uneducated in business. Also, poor service in getting back to me when they said they would so I can only imagine the service if I had to stay there! Nonetheless, I DO NOT recommend this place and will continue to let others know.

- we were not welcomed properly, and were rushed when we just wanted to drink some welcome-water. - there were so many small frogs all around the spa AND inside the pools where we wanted to swim, but we decided not to swim with the 1000's of frogs. - we were given broken lockers to store our belongings, and had to wait for our spa-shoes and -gowns. - when we were busy with our aromatherapy, the doors were not closed, so there were no privacy and were disturbed by other visitors outside of the room. - it says a lot when your back hurts more afterwards from the spa treatment. - i also think you would have more customers if reception was on point. I phoned 8 times to make a booking.

We booked 4 bedroom chalet for the 26th and 27th of December 2024 having stayed at this resort in 2022 when we were very impressed by all the the facilities of the resort ,however this time around we were very disappointed and dissatisfied with accommodations .when we first arrived there was terrible stench at the entrance of the chalet and inside as well later issue was resolved by maintenance and house keeping room was not properly cleaned before arrival and no towels in the bathroom. The towels were later supplied only after we requested them on the second night we received the towels only at 11pm which was ridiculous and no apologies tendered from house keeping or front desk .The maintenance of the room also very poor a few drains were blocked air conditioning in 1 of the rooms was leaking out a black substance which fell on the bed .only 1 rooms safe was operational and 1 of the rooms doors were not closing maintenance could not resolve the door issue .the shower doors were not sealing resulting in bathroom floor getting flooded with water .the pillows and couches were emanating strange odour .The facilities and the resort were very good and we enjoyed the use of them ,also the padel courts are great addition.Generally the staff were friendly and helpful except for the staff at reception who gave us a bit of a run around and their service was overall poor .

The housekeeping is pathetic. On day two we still have not received towels and only duvet covers. No fitted sheets yet. The staff kept on claiming they will bring soon but to no avail. Phoning reception to get this sorted did not help either as they simply referred it to the housekeeping staff. The manager was not available. I would not recommend this place to any one.
