Las habitaciones no se ajustan a la realidad de las que se muestran en internet; la puerta del baño no tiene chapa, no hay agua caliente, los toma corrientes no tienen tapa de seguridad, habitaciones despintadas; la cama matrimonial son dos camas unidas y en la mitad te incomoda y no te deja dormir de manera adecuada; demasiado costoso para lo que ofrecen, PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA y la habitación no cuenta con luz ni ventilación natural

El hotel es barato pero inseguro, La puerta de mi balcón no tenía cerradura, desde afuera se podía abrir con facilidad, no hay agua caliente y al llegar había un par de insectos, el personal amable pero aún así no regresaría ni lo recomendaría

Son mejores los paga diarios del santa fe , que porquería de hotel 120.000 una noche donde no tienen agua caliente ,huele a humedad no tienen chapas las puertas eso son unas rato eras de habitaciones NO LES RECOMIENDO HOSPEDARSEN EN ESE HOTEL ES DE LO PEOR SIN UNOS ESTAFADORES Y Además ATENDIDO POR PERSONAL VENEZOLANOS GROSEROS MUY BIEN ENTRNADOS PIR SUS JEFES PARA ENGAÑAR .. personalmente ya puse la denuncia en el ente encargado para que tomen sanciónes y en lo posible el cierre de este hotel
