Belek Beach Resort Hotel

Absolutely cracking hotel. Probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in round the main areas, rooms and restaurants etc. can't comment on the entertainment as didn't really watch it. Plenty of food choices and places to eat. Burgers and pizza at the lunch time restaurant on the Elite side were superb. Main restaurant and elite restaurant very modern and not to busy if you go a touch later. Location right on beach but other than a few shops not much else close by. If you want shops there are plenty of clothes and bags shops in a few minutes walk. Carry on another 5 minutes you get to another called Kent outlet. If you walk past Kent outlet for another 10/15 minutes then turn left at the big junction after the mosque you see a strip with more shops again that we found the cheapest so loads of choice. In the hotel forgot the big Q for the Starbucks just use the in house coffee shop near reception. It's better and never a Q! Iced coffee with caramel is epic! All the bars are good. Service sometimes great other times average but just go with the flow. Always got sunbeds without an early dash and slides were great but do close for a couple of hours (12 till 2 I think). Bedroom was very modern and spacious for 4 and Aircon in room was excellent with big balcony as we luckily had a corner room on top floor. Would definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel is definitely not 5-star ! Overall, it's okay for the price range, but we’ve stayed at places like Rixos, Regnum, etc., and this hotel doesn’t come close to being a 5-star experience. The rooms are small, like garages (we stayed in the "luxury zone," so not sure about the other rooms, but they might be even smaller—more like garages for mini cars). Reception: Not good and outdated. Coffee: No espresso machine in the room, only a kettle. Fake Starbucks: They advertise a Starbucks on-site, but they just use the logo—nothing like the real deal. Pools: Cold, no heated pools. Food: Overall decent, but the burek was bad (frozen and then baked), and there was a lack of melon, olives, and cheese (only available at breakfast). The juice tasted fake as is from plastic bottle made at some garage , and there were no fresh juices available (which is a shame). Staff: Some of the staff were good, but the rest were just going through the motions. Turkish Coffee: Not available in the main restaurant—you have to walk to the reception or pool bar to get one. Massage: The Thai massage was good, but expensive. The spa itself is old, small, and dated. Gym: Small and in poor condition. Tennis Courts: You have to pay after 7 pm because they need to turn on the lights. During the day, the courts are often busy with people who have no idea how to play and are just there out of boredom. Piano Bar: No music at all—I'm not sure why it's even called a "piano bar." I’d call it an anonymous alcohol club instead. Beach .. OK for 4 star . Atmosphere: There were drunk Russians disturbing other guests, and the staff kept serving them alcohol. Overall, I would rate this hotel a max 4 stars, and that's being generous.

It turned out to be a better hotel than I expected; the food, cleanliness,beach and staff were excellent… We stayed in the adults-only section, which was quite peaceful and quiet. We thank all the staff involved… We want to come next year again

The hotel itself was very nice, clean and well presented. Food was mediocre and didn’t much cater for the British, not a complaint, as I know I’m not in Britain, but a big watch out for fussy eaters. We arrived around 11pm and our bags were taken to our room by a very helpful young man. We had some food in the dining area that was open 24 hours. I’m not saying it was the food from there but myself and my mum both had upset stomachs for a few days after. Tv is mostly in different language. There was a couple news channels and if you changed the settings on the tv you could watch Comedy Central and nick in English, but it was all cartoons. You do have to reserve a sun bed which is a massive pet peeve of mine. No members of staff were policing the situation either. We paid for elite swim up, which was nice for a little treat but the semi private pool was freezing, along with the main elite pool, hold your breath and you’ll be fine! One issue I did have was that anyone in the hotel could use the elite side services, considering I paid extra to have such luxuries I was very disappointed. They say no under 13’s were allowed on the elite side, but on numerous occasions, I saw small children wondering about with staff not caring much. They say usb charging points are available in the room but there is literally one. With one usb- c port. Ours didn’t work, it was reported on the Tuesday and wasn’t fixed at all. Room 8114 we were in, view was very nice though! There are cats roaming around the hotel, some had collars on so I presume they lived there, one even jumper onto the chair whilst having dinner. Not an issue for me but may be for some.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, good pool and slides, good entertainment and close to beach. Would come again. Restaurant could be busy at times and had to be quick to get good sun beds. Hire bike needed some slight attention to pump up tyres.

Very good service, and friendly staff. Excellent manners and a special mention for SUAYIP & Kemal for making me feel most welcome. Hotel very clean , food very good. Stayed in the adults only part of the hotel. Would come back again to this 5 star hotel
