Ankara'dan gelip iki gece konakladık. Yeni açılan yol ile konum olarak bizi çok yormadı. Otelin olanakları yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve cömertti. Odamız ***et temizdi. Minibar her gün yenileniyor. Genel olarak tavsiye ediyorum.

Otelde temizlik çok kötüydü. Oturma yerleri lekeli, koltukların üzerinde yiyecek artıkları vardı, sözde temiz olan çatal, kaşık, tabak seçtiğinde üzerinde lekeler ve yemek artıkları vardı, personel yönetimi olmadığı için garsonlar ilgisizdi, yemek kalitesi vasat seviyedeydi, yüksek bir para verip de en mutsuz olduğum ve büyük hayal kırıklığına uğradığım otel maalesef sherwood dreams resort hotel oldu.

Çok güzel bir otel çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve sizinle çok ilgileniyorlar otel yenilenmiş tavsiye ederim

Бронировал отель на 4 дня, находясь в Стамбуле. По прибытии в шесть вечера мне с широчайшей улыбкой дали номер на 1 этаже с дико гудящим кондиционером огромного размера на уровне балкона. Просто кошмар. При моем вежливом отказе показали другой номер, в другом месте так же на 1 этаже. Так же без вида, который лично мне и не нужен. Но какой же затхло-мерзкий был в нем запах.. Опять же отказался. Третий номер был и вонючий, и с тем же кондиционером, 2 в 1. Ресепшен пытается объяснить, что отель полностью заполнен, прям овербукинг настоящий. Я в гневе. Пришлось переночевать в номере как минимум без шума, написав в Trip.com. Назавтра получил более-мере приемлемый номер, хоть и без вида, спасибо поддержке. Еда отеля 4+. Голодным не уйдешь, но выбор не как у крутой пятерки. Официанты вежливые, некоторые из стран бывшего СНГ, доброжелательные в основном. Ещё делают гюзлеме утром, вечером на улице жарят мяско, ну, ничего так. Бассейны в норме, лежаки у бассейна и на пляже тоже хорошие. Про детскую анимацию не скажу, волейбол есть, анимация у бассейна слабовата, но она мало кому нужна и не столь принципиальна. Мороженое есть, но очень так ненавязчиво, найти его сложновато, не на виду, да и мороженщик за 15 мин до «отбоя» может наврать, что оно кончилось. Спортзал средний, но поддержать форму знающему особенности многофункциональных тренажеров можно. За воротами кроме базара пойти некуда. Базар.. на вкус и цвет.., всё как обычно - ширпотреб турецкого производства. Сходить на 1 раз на 20 мин. Как итог- отель с недостаточной эффективностью системы кондиционирования и очень простым дизайном номеров. Подуставший весьма. Если за недорого, то можно сыграть в лотерею. Если есть что-то с хорошим рейтингом на 10-15% дороже, то есть повод рассмотреть что-то другое.

On the last day of our weeks holiday, and couldn't be happier with the resort, food, drink and staff. A week by the pool, with plenty of activities for kids and adults alike has passed by far too quickly. The selection of food and drink has been fantastic and varied enough to keep even fussy eaters happy. The staff have all been amazing, so helpful and a decent level of English to help with any questions, issues etc.

An honest review having now stated at 3 Turkish all inclusive hotels. 4-5* This hotel is ok, but it’s not up to the other 4* or 5* hotels you can get. No where near. We went in October half term 10 days, weather still 25-29* every day. Dark by 6.30pm, and need a jumper in the evening. But still a great time to go to Turkey Hotel:- The rooms are not interconnecting for families. It’s one long room with the children’s beds in a very small area that is more like an alcove. Adults bedroom area has a door, and window and balcony. Kids area no window, it’s just inside main hotel room door. Dark dingy rooms, and quite tired and grubby. Air con switched off this time of year, so they get stuffy at night. Not ideal! We found rooms very dark, dirty and my teenage girls did not like them at all! Food:- not on standard of other hotels we’ve stayed at in Turkey at all, not clean, messy serve up areas, salads not always fresh looking, fruit dried up and old, tables not clean and layed up, cutlery hard to find and staff not present. Making meal times not a nice relaxing experience. We are not fussy eaters at all, but we found meal times depressing! There’s far far better!!!! Pool area:- pool cold, but not cold like other hotels, this one ice cold. 17*!!! Too cold. Sunbeds very very tired and dirty. Pool area ok. Not particularly kept clean, would go out next morning and still sticky floors from spilt drinks, cigarette butts everywhere! Slides good, but only 5 rubber rings to go down on, so lots of waiting. Pool has no life guards. Again better pool areas at other hotels by far. Snack bars/bars: lacked any atmosphere. Staff very unhelpful except in the pizza snack bar. Bar at night was cold, lifeless and no holiday spirit! A la carte Turkish restaurant was good. Staff were lovely. Food great. Generally this hotel is 3.5* at best it’s certainly not your usual Turkish 4-5*, please don’t go here expecting that as you’ll be very disappointed as we were. We stayed 4 nights out of our 10, and moved to liberty Lara. Which is incredible, and has everything and more than this hotel. Research well, if you have children of any age I would look elsewhere. Honest review and the general feeling of most British families whilst there. Disappointed and tired not 4* or 5* Louise

Beautiful beach front family hotel, fantastic hotel with great facilities, the hotel staff are really friendly and nothing is too much, there is a great choice of food and it is all delicious especially the Turkish ala carte. The pool areas are well kept and free loungers on the beach is great. There is entertainment day and night even at the end of October. We had special treatmdnt for our wedding anniversary with a beautiful cake and wine in our room. Would highly recommend the spa with turkish baths and massage.will definitely be back.

Overall, I would say our holiday was average. Hotel was lovely, very big, picturesque, and clean. Rooms were spacious, cleaned everyday, mini bar always topped up, beds were very comfy. Great staff, Always happy and helpful. Unfortunately, the pools were freezing! A painful freezing too. Kids could only go in them for a few minutes at a time which spoilt our holiday overall as its one of the main attractions for the day. Highly disappointed with the main buffet restaurant. Seemed to be very repetitive, not great for vegetarians. I thought I was being fussy, but all 18 of our family group agreed. I also had to ask every morning for oat milk, which seemed to be annoying the staff and in the end me too. Why not keep it out as an option for everyone. However - we did love the pizza place at lunch and the snack bars/ drink bars! Shoutout to the lady who always served ice cream - always smiling! Shops on site were good, gym was ok, spa was lovely, evening entertainment was good! Kids club was great - looked new? But the ladies in there were fab! And my girls loved going. Another sad point was during the day, there was nothing going on around the pools, no entertainment, no aqua aerobics etc, volleyball took place on the beach, but thats all we knew about, so we found ourselves bored. Apart from Ozzy who took time out of his day everyday to talk to us - he was great. The local area - not great, felt deserted. I hate moaning - but came away from this holiday feeling disappointed, having spent thousands.

Excellent hotel, very clean rooms cleaned daily had an amazing time slides enjoyable for the children nothing a bother for the staff always friendly and with a smile food very good special mention on the chicken kebabs and pizzas weather was amazing not a cloud on the sky

Fab hotel, would highly recommend, lush bar 24hrs, 24hr food. Friendly staff, amazing bag shop in hotel. Staff cannot do enough for you , lovely food in the restaurant and on pool side, the chicks. Kebab are fab. We have all had a fab holiday, we would love to come back in the future.
