Ankara'dan gelip iki gece konakladık. Yeni açılan yol ile konum olarak bizi çok yormadı. Otelin olanakları yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve cömertti. Odamız ***et temizdi. Minibar her gün yenileniyor. Genel olarak tavsiye ediyorum.

Otelde temizlik çok kötüydü. Oturma yerleri lekeli, koltukların üzerinde yiyecek artıkları vardı, sözde temiz olan çatal, kaşık, tabak seçtiğinde üzerinde lekeler ve yemek artıkları vardı, personel yönetimi olmadığı için garsonlar ilgisizdi, yemek kalitesi vasat seviyedeydi, yüksek bir para verip de en mutsuz olduğum ve büyük hayal kırıklığına uğradığım otel maalesef sherwood dreams resort hotel oldu.

Çok güzel bir otel çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve sizinle çok ilgileniyorlar otel yenilenmiş tavsiye ederim

Бронировал отель на 4 дня, находясь в Стамбуле. По прибытии в шесть вечера мне с широчайшей улыбкой дали номер на 1 этаже с дико гудящим кондиционером огромного размера на уровне балкона. Просто кошмар. При моем вежливом отказе показали другой номер, в другом месте так же на 1 этаже. Так же без вида, который лично мне и не нужен. Но какой же затхло-мерзкий был в нем запах.. Опять же отказался. Третий номер был и вонючий, и с тем же кондиционером, 2 в 1. Ресепшен пытается объяснить, что отель полностью заполнен, прям овербукинг настоящий. Я в гневе. Пришлось переночевать в номере как минимум без шума, написав в Trip.com. Назавтра получил более-мере приемлемый номер, хоть и без вида, спасибо поддержке. Еда отеля 4+. Голодным не уйдешь, но выбор не как у крутой пятерки. Официанты вежливые, некоторые из стран бывшего СНГ, доброжелательные в основном. Ещё делают гюзлеме утром, вечером на улице жарят мяско, ну, ничего так. Бассейны в норме, лежаки у бассейна и на пляже тоже хорошие. Про детскую анимацию не скажу, волейбол есть, анимация у бассейна слабовата, но она мало кому нужна и не столь принципиальна. Мороженое есть, но очень так ненавязчиво, найти его сложновато, не на виду, да и мороженщик за 15 мин до «отбоя» может наврать, что оно кончилось. Спортзал средний, но поддержать форму знающему особенности многофункциональных тренажеров можно. За воротами кроме базара пойти некуда. Базар.. на вкус и цвет.., всё как обычно - ширпотреб турецкого производства. Сходить на 1 раз на 20 мин. Как итог- отель с недостаточной эффективностью системы кондиционирования и очень простым дизайном номеров. Подуставший весьма. Если за недорого, то можно сыграть в лотерею. Если есть что-то с хорошим рейтингом на 10-15% дороже, то есть повод рассмотреть что-то другое.

Amazing experience sofiya and Elif was really nice she helped me so much and made the experience much better. Staff are amazing really friendly I would definitely advise you to come here. Lastly the facilities are brilliant. When you come get the sea view room

Beautiful resort. Amazing staff..luxurious accomadation. Food amazing...drinks available 24/7. Gym perfect. Beautiful get away for a nice break highly recommended couldn't ask for more. 100% Will return definitely! Food amazing...hotel beautiful..couldn't ask for more. No tortures that drag you into shops. Make the trip and you'll see how amazing belek is. Nice for a quite one but if your looking anything else a bus is just outside.

Everything good, nice food, clean and helpful personal. Ten out of ten, all what you need in youre vacation, massage out of this word, late chek out possible and all what you need is there. Special thanks to Hatice and Ekaterina who found our flippers and help with late chek out.

Where to even start, firstly we have held off writing this review whilst we took our complaints up with jet2holidays and the hotel. if we could rate this hotel and holiday as a zero we would. There were 2 families on this holiday consisting of 4 adults and 4 children. On day 3 of our 2 week holiday 6 of our party fell ill, we informed the hotel guest relations and also jet2holidays, our complaint was barely even acknowledged and in all honestly we thought it may last a day or 2 and would pass following getting medication from the pharmacy, however, not only did we not improve but over the following 11 days we got worse and 4 of our party ended up in hospital with the youngest, who is just 6 having to be put on an IV drip and kept in hospital for 2 days and the rest of us given antibiotics to treat gastroenteritis. During the 11 days of feeling so unwell that we could barely leave our rooms, couldn't eat and couldn't drink, we spoke to other guests of the hotel and found out shockingly that there were many many other families who had fallen ill the exact same time, please feel free to go back through tripadvisor and see the reviews from the start of august, theres also a facebook group for this hotel in which a post put up the start of august that has over 120 comments from many families who experienced the same as us. We spoke on numerous times to guest relations and to jet2holidays and every single time no one would accept that there was a major health and safety issue with the hotel. after speaking to other guests and going back through photos from those first couple of days we had noticed that the swimming pool was so murky that you couldn't see the bottom of the pool, we then took a photo from the same spot a week later after telling the hotel there was an issue with the cleanliness of the pool (which they denied but clearly addressed) and it was like looking at 2 different pools, suddenly it was clear and you could smell the chlorine, how they can deny this is incredible, clearly so many people within this hotel had fallen ill because the pool had not been cleaned and maintained properly, i will provide those pictures so you can see for yourself. not only had we been so poorly that we had all lost significant weight, i myself lost nearly a stone in weight, but the hotel and jet2 did not even care, when we were admitted to hospital and our 6 year old was kept in on a drip the representative from jet2holidays called us liars that we had even been to the hospital even though we had all the doctors reports and photos and then jet2holidays couldnt even send someone to come and see us to check how we were or check on the 6 year old. We had all the whattsapp messages over the course of the 2 weeks showing the amount of times we asked for help because we were so poorly and yet the customer care was none existent. Other things to note were that the hotel was dirty, the toilets by the pool were barely ever cleaned and there was never soap in there to

Our 2nd year running at Sherwood dreams and can safely say it only gets better! Lots of nice little improvements made around the pool area, rooms as always cleaned daily and spotless! All four of us including two kids under 9 always found plenty to eat. The diamond in the crown for Sherwood dreams though is for sure the wonderful entertainment team and the staff at the kids club. Playing morning and afternoon darts with the fantastic, energetic and entertaining Ozzy in charge really brought people together and formed friendships, his enthusiasm was contagious! Julia also in the kids club is a truly amazing person! Fantastic holiday and new friends made! Definitely go try it yourself. Kevin Cameron Scotland

Great food, lovely service friendly staff. Lovely facilities. Great location. The beach front was perfect and pool availability great. So many sun beds that there wasn't a fight for them at any point. Brilliant drinks and food, I would definitely come again.
