Poor breakfast , careless reception service, English speaking awful, and very arrogant staff who let guest wait 45minutes before to get done checking ....room barely cleaned...found packet of nuts left by the previous guest in my room....to avoid!!!massively one star giving without choice!

Terrible hotel dirty unorganised had to move rooms 4 times due to dirtiness and broken things in the room ants nests and dead bugs no shower on the wall I had a nine month old baby they took hours to give us a cot for him he had to sleep in the pram the tv would turn on high volume at 5am in the morning and many more things worse thing of all the ran out of chlorine for the pool and didn’t tell us witch mad my baby very ill with sickness and diarrhoea you can see the difference in the colour of the pool in a number of days and the hotel will not respond even after 3 months of me trying to get a refund
