Diamond of Bodrum

So we stayed 4 nights all exclusive. weather outside 32C got to the hotel views are amazing reception area good chill out on the big sofas but it wasn't that cool in reception ie temperature so I thought okay I'll go to our bedroom stick on the Aircon the bedroom was small thinking double bed obviously for a couple but 2 small beds joined to together and let's get to the aircon most people have read the last 3 months reviews on TripAdvisor aircon not working called the technician four times still blowing hot air obviously the Hotel knows about it going by Tripadvisor reviews I was there and so many people were complaining to their holiday reps mine was Loveholidays so I spoke to them about my issues all they were concerned about was buying excursions and not about their client the reps were not allowed to go down to our room to have a look which is odd since they represent us the holiday maker and the food every 2 days were the same and never piping hot I think the food mostly they cater for Polish and Russian and not the English and the alcohol drinks or water down so if you're thinking of going all exclusive DONT..‼️❌the swimming pool area is clean and the pool there is one restaurant outside next to the pool and a bar and the bar closes 12AM and if you wanna pick up towels 7am you get three cards when you check into your hotel one card is for your door the other two cards are for your towels when returning your towels you get the two cards back so walking around the town buying stuff haggling prices were okay monster energy drink 50 to 70 Turkish liras and there is a lovely restaurant next to the hotel called Victoria pizza the food is very nice and very good prices best thing about the Hotel are the views and the beauty spa treatment which I'll put pictures up if you go straight down to speak to them you'll get ripped off on the prices it could be €140 euros but if you speak to a nice guy near the pool who's advertising the spa he will sort you out €50. euros. So big price drop. this hotel is not five stars. it's three stars. So got back home. Claiming compensation from the love holiday see how that one goes every review done Hotel supervisor will say love for you to come back to our hotel next time and the Aircon is working that's what you always says and no staff speaks English good luck on that one WiFi is ok

This was our third visit to this hotel in 3 years. The staff are amazing and couldn't do more to help us enjoy our stay. We love the relaxing, chilled atmosphere, the location and of course the views, especially Bodrum Castle, lit up at night is beautiful. We had our baby grandaughter with us and she had a fantastic time. Every staff member made a fuss of her and always made her smile. We booked a Seaview room for 2 adults and an infant and we were so impressed by how spacious it was. Our room was cleaned every day and this was perfect for our stay. The food was typical AI food, so there was always something to eat at meal-times. The snack bar was fantastic and we enjoyed our afternoons there with nice food, the pizzas & pasta were especially good and they had a good selection of ice cream which our grandaughter loved. We are not big alcohol drinkers, but I did enjoy one or two cocktails in the afternoon and there was a good selection included in the AI. I had a lovely morning at the spa and I highly recommend a visit. They were not pushy to get more treatments and their prices were good, which made me feel very comfortable and made the experience more enjoyable and relaxing. Although not really the hotels fault, when On our second night our neighbours were still being a bit loud around 1am, all it took was a quick word with reception and all was quiet and we got back to sleep within 15 minutes. This hotel ticks so many boxes for us, including being beachfront, good food, clean, nice spa and fantastic staff that we are already looking to book again for next year.

Absolutely disgusting, Hotel don't go you will be sorry air-conditioning doesn't work waiters are rude & alcohol drinks are water down food is cold -get food poisoning anything good is the view nothing else it's a below 0 star‼️ this hotel needs to be shut down and the tour operator fined for selling this hotel to holiday makers 😡
