Yasmin Bodrum Resort

Deniz muhteşem. Yemekler çok çeşitli fakat geçen sene çok daha iyiydi. Otel Bodrum merkeze uzak, toplu taşıma ile gidip gelmek eziyet. Araçla gitmeniz tavsiye edilir. Fırın ürünleri, kahvaltı çeşidi ve ekmekler oldukça başarılı. Tatlılar çok vasattı.

It was a very fun and enjoyable experience as the services of not only the resort, but also all entertainment available are of superb quality. The hospitality of the reception desk was simply unrivaled. And the effort and quality of hospitality was further reinforced once you see how well the average worker looks and treats you. Personally, I loved the food and the activities. The food was always fresh and tasty, whilst the activities to keep one entertained thoughout the day was top class, ranging from volleyball to water polo. Furthermore, the night activities were simply perfect, categorized for both children and adults, with the mini disco for kids and live music later for the adults

We have just returned from a fabulous 10 day break here. I stayed with my family, husband and 2 girls (9 and a year old) booked for my 40th Birthday. What a beautiful hotel, it completely exceeded our exceptation. Stayed 21 May - 1st June. We booked a family room. It was modern, spacious and very clean with a beautiful sea view. The room was cleaned regularly. Plenty of space in the hotel and decorated beautifully. The food was excellent in the main buffet restaurant. Such a wide selection and plenty for all the family. We all loved the breakfadt pancakes. The main hotel bar offered a wide variety of cocktails and staff happy the make on request. Coffee bar had iced lattes , Turkish coffee as well as usual latte etc. The bar also had gorgeous cakes available daily. Pool snack bar was always busy but the staff were helpful. Beautiful beach which we went to daily. Great for snorkeling to see fish. The water slides were big and a massive hit with the kids. We went to the spa for a family Turkish bath experience which I would recommend. The staff were so lovely. The children were included for free and loved the bubbles and chocolate face masks. We did the boat trip which was fantastic. Also used hotels shuttle bus to Bodrum €15 pp worth a trip the castle was brilliant. The entertainment team were friendly with a great programme. The evening shows were brilliant variety of dance acts. Safe and towels were free which was a massive bouns. We had night in the al a carte Italian restaurant which was fantastic. The weather was 28-30 majority of the time. One day was a bit overcast but soon cleared. Overall we had the best fun, and relaxing holiday. I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

I seriously cant rate this hotel high enough! Amazing!!! Food; the variety was astonishing and the presentation was first class, different themes every night. Staff; could not have been more helpful and polite. Things to do: on the beach, next to the pools, night club and entertainment was incredible, including acrobats on their Roman style amphitheatre. Rooms; clean and comfortable - definitely 5 Star. Thank you Yasmin resort for a first class holiday!!!!!

We have just returned from Yasmin Bodrum following a week stay as a family with two young children. On the whole I would say we did have a good experience and the hotel is lovely on the whole but I would definitely not say it is a 5*. Firstly on our arrival we could not check in for a few hours as the internet in the hotel had gone down. We were not given access to anywhere to change or store our luggage securely and just had to keep going back to the reception to see if the problem had been fixed. On getting our room we were allocated a room up a very steep hill with uneven flooring which made getting up it in sandals with a pram a 1 year old and 5 year old very challenging, then to top if off you then had to pull the pram up 7 steps to get into the room. This was very challenging having to do this multiple times per day and we had no option to change. The rooms while nicely decorated were small. The shower leaked all over the floor and despite multiple attempts to discuss with reception was never fixed. The safety deposit box was not screwed down and the cupboard had a large hole in it. There was no bed set up for either my 1 year old or 5 year old and no bedding for them either. The WiFi in the hotel was the worst I have ever experienced. You could not get any Internet in the room, only in the hotel lobby. The children's entertainment was on very late at 20.45 and only a few songs no real entertainment for them. The food was OK, we did not go hungry but they definitely used alot of oil in all the cooking. The drink selection very limited. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed on the whole but I did find the amount of salesmen at times overwhelming for photos, boot trips and the spa, you cannot really relax around the pool as they are continously going round and coming over. Also we did not leave the hotel it was in a very remote area and honestly it was a huge hill to get out. The activities for kids were good with the slides and pools, the kids club area was very run down but the face paintint was a nice touch. We did have a good time on the whole but i would not return to this hotel.
