I've only given it one because you can't give it none, no maid service had to ask for clean towels, toilet rolls. coffee and tea etc. no change of bed sheets, beds uncomfortable, 3 out of the six lights in the bedroom were not working. As my wife opened a cupboard door to put some clothes away it came off its hinges and dropped on her foot. shower head and extractor fan were dirty, none of the staff spoke English so getting a complaint across was nigh impossible and just a couple of what looked like teenagers running the place. Breakfast for us was bread and jam as we are neither continental nor vegetarian, the juice machine wasn't working which left us with just water, they have obviously never heard of juice in a carton. The bar and restaurant were closed. Just don't waste your money coming here.

The hotel is totally price worthy with it’s hygene standard, comfort and everything else. If you look around online, you can see that this hotel is a bargain considering the prices of the other facilities around; you will get a great service for a lower price. Let me give you an example. We stayed here for Bodrum Half Marathon with my husband and runner friends. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, we had a great time hanging out in the pool. One week after our stay, I realised I forgot my heart rate monitor (size of a bracelet) somewhere and I called the hotel. They looked everywhere and found it! They sent it to me with mail but something went wrong, package was sent back to Bodrum. They went to a further post office the second time to take care of it. They were kind and friendly this whole time. So… I was happy with our stay but I was really impressed by their behavior afterwards. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Thanks a lot and I’ll be coming back with more runner friends next year!

I recently had the disappointing experience of staying at Atrium hotel. We had made a reservation at this hotel well in advance, providing all the necessary details and confirming our booking. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that our room had been given to another guest! the hotel failed to take appropriate action. After that, they offer a another room with bed bugs!!! I immediately noticed signs of bed bugs. I found small bloodstains on the sheets and noticed several itchy red welts on my body after the first night. Considering the significant inconvenience caused by the bed bug infestation and the lackluster cleanliness of the hotel, I cannot in good conscience recommend Atrium Hotel to anyone. It is evident that proper attention to cleanliness and guest satisfaction is lacking, and the management's failure to promptly address the bed bug issue is indicative of their disregard for guest comfort and well-being.

This hotel is absolutely horrid. Don’t bother spending your money here unless you are fine with living in filth. We did not choose this hotel, the agency we booked with automatically changed our hotel to this one as our choice was fully booked. We arrived with little to no expectations, but this hotel was below what we ever expected. Especially for a $100 a night. The appliances in the room are ancient and have not been updated for god knows how many centuries. The bed sheets are inadequate. The nooks and crannies in the room are dirty and it seems as if they have not been cleaned for quite awhile. There are so many bugs in the room. The toilet is the worst place ever. It has not been cleaned. It smells horrible. The toilet bowl had residue of faeces from previous guests that had not been cleaned. There is no room service at all and the rules of this hotel are very strict. It is obviously not for families but it is not for humans in general. I could go on and on and talk badly in depth about this place but I cannot waste any more time on this horrible hotel. I don’t know how this hotel is allowed to operate. Don’t visit.

Merhaba, bu oteli düşünen,inceleyen veya rezervasyon yapmış olan varsa acilen iptal etsin. Otel berbat havuzu hariç hiç bir hizmeti yok. Müşteri memnuniyeti yok. Bu otelde ailem ile 2 gece konakladık. Tatil sepeti aracılığıyla yarım pansiyon rezervasyon yaptık. Yemekler pişmemiş,bozuk ve özensiz getirildi ,şikayetimizi otelde 2 defa çalışana yaptık çözüm sunulmadı. Şirketlerine mail attık çözüm sunulmadı. Bodrum gibi bir tatil beldesinde akşam 8 den sonra su bile alamazsınız. Barları kapalı. Gündüz sebilden 1 bardak su istedik su bile vermediler. Paramızla bile alamadık. Barı arada bir açıyorlar. Odalarda klozet kapağı kırık,klima çok eski, temizlik yok,kapıların çitaları kırık kilitleyemiyorsunuz. Tv yayını yok. Söyledik düzeltmediler. Otopark küçük arabayı en dibe koymuşlardı araç anahtarlarının hepsini alamadıkları için arabamı çıkaramadılar. Kısaca sadece havuza girecekseniz gidin onun dışında tatiliniz zehir olur.
