There are 2 primary bedrooms with a split floor plan, a cozy living space, dining area, outside seating space and fully equipped kitchen. The condo is pet friendly, stocked with essentials and has comfy beds with new mattresses and hotel quality linens. The living area has a 55" Roku TV and fast Wi-Fi — perfect for streaming after a day of exploring. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, or take a short walk to nearby restaurants. The dining table seats 4 comfortably. Bedrooms: - King Suite: King bed with hotel-quality linens, en-suite bath (tub/shower), 55" Roku TV, dresser, and clothing rack. - Queen Suite: Queen bed with hotel-quality linens, en-suite bath (tub/shower), desk/chair, and walk-in closet. Kitchen & Coffee: - Dual Keurig (K-Cup + drip compatible) with starter k-cups, creamer, and sugar provided. - Stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware, baking sheets, pots & pans, wine glasses, basic oil and seasonings, etc. Pet-Friendly (2 dogs max): - We welcome up to 2 dogs under 35 lbs (enforced per HOA rules). - There is a designated dog walk lawn in the community, just steps outside the door. - A pet fee applies for added cleaning/maintenance (just add a pet to your reservation an the fee will be added automatically).
