What a charming 50’s retrofitted motel! Comfortable and convenient. Just right for all locations. Pretty view from rear of motel. Very pleased to have found this convenient location Especially if attending an IU game, perfect! Will return

My son’s apartment flooded again, Cascade’s was a lovely oasis for him. I’m so grateful for this local place. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room, free breakfast, parking (free). Front desk lady is so kind & welcoming. What a great experience! Thank you!!

We’ve stayed at Cascades Inn twice, including for our daughter’s graduation from Indiana University. The staff are so sweet and welcoming. The wood paneled lobby has books and games reminiscent of a 1970s basement. This is an aging motel so you need to know a few things. 1. There’s no elevator, You’ll need to climb stairs to get to 2nd floor rooms while carrying your bags. The stairs are crumbling, so watch your step. 2. The motel is in a state of disrepair. Our bathrooms needed work done. Ex: The shower spigot was broken and many tiles were chipped. 3. The maids BANG on the doors and shout early in the morning so don’t plan on sleeping in.

Very nice hotel. Good price. Wonderful breakfast. Best part was there was no blaring TV in the breakfast room, only appropriate music and fresh food. Clean room. Nice shower. I would definitely stay here again

Clean room and great location in Bloomington. Decent alternative to the outrageous prices the other hotels charge when anything is happening at IU (parent's weekend, Dad's weekend, Homecoming, Football game). Felt safe. Spent most of the time visiting my kid so I wasn't looking for any hotel amenities.

Ou room was clean and bed very comfortable. The grounds are mostly wildflowers, but unfortunately give it an overgrown look . They appear to be in the process of updating. Our bathroom was very nice, but our friends had outdated subway tile.

The shower and bed were good liked having fridge and microwave too. The parking lot needs some attention, debris everywhere . Good price compared to chains that were near by. Didn’t try bar because it was in front of property and with a wheelchair, going through the side parking lot would have been difficult.

The room was comfortably appointed. The location was great. The front desk attendants were very friendly. The bartender was attentive. The continental breakfast was nice. It was fun visiting the IU campus after 25 years!

I appreciate all previous comments about Cascades Inn-especially the positive ones.They helped me feel safe choosing a budget friendly place.Everyone at Cascades Inn worked hard to earn their high rating and as other reviewers mentioned,we also enjoyed the kind and helpful staff,clean and comfortable room,flowery surroundings,yummy breakfast,wifi,great location,easy free parking,no pets and no smoking rules,nice music all around and 12:00 check out...didn't have time for Sleeper's Bar this visit,but next time for sure.
