We stayed at this hotel two nights. Room was very comfortable, bed, pillows and linens all lovely. Staff at reception and bar were extremely friendly and very helpful. We had the small breakfast the first morning which consisted of sitting in the reception area with juice, coffee, yoghurt, breads with jam, honey and chocolate spread. The second morning a complete disaster, we decided to have the complete buffet breakfast, which of course is more expensive. The two coffee machines did not work and it took about 4 members of staff to try and fix one of them which took about 25 minutes. There was no yoghurt left we were told, a small amount of scrambled eggs remained, no bread except sliced bread for toast and only 3 croissants left! Of course we complained and didn’t have to pay! But our point is that no matter what time you arrive for breakfast be it 7.30 or 9. 30 you should have equal choice of items as it costs the same! I hope this bio gel takes this onboard!
