1.客房老舊，衣帽間一股很難聞的味道，酒店為了掩蓋放了香氛，更難受，這樣的客房不應該拿出來賣，損害文華東方品牌 2.酒店全日制餐廳晚餐，服務員硬推銷菜單，非常貴，主要是不值得，印象特別差，出品也不好👎 3.酒店主樓酒吧中午用餐反而水準很高，值得表揚
