Mercure Hotel Toulouse Aéroport Blagnac anmeldelser

A terrific location close to Blagnac airport (10-15 minute walk). Reception staff were very helpful and the restaurant was lovely. The room was comfortable and clean.

Though it looks like the hotel is not far from the airport. But It actually is quite a long walk because the road is not leading straight to it. Cleanliness is good and there is Nespresso capsule coffee in the room. Toilette amenities are very basic with only all-in-one shampoo and body wash. The biggest issue that I had, was the airport shuttle left before the time of my booking. So, I arrived at the airport after the check-in counter was just closed. I need to buy a new air ticket to Madrid because of this. And will arrive 10 hours later than scheduled.

Vous m'avez escroqué ! Je vous ai réservé l'hôtel Mercure 4 étoiles, vous m'avez réservé une chambre dans 1 motel 2 étoiles !!!!! L'aerel hotel !!!! Aucune réservation au Mercure ! Le standing est affreux, nous dormi dans 1 lit non confortable, les murs sont fins comme du papier à cigarette, on a eu le bruit de la route toute la nuit. Ma journée de business a été horrible ! Vous confirmez la réservation au Mercure avec la photo du Mercure et vous nous logez dans 1 motel ! C'est honteux ! Je vais envoyer une plainte pour cette escroquerie !

不知為什麼圖片似乎不大符合實際情況。酒店是一層的平方，鐵皮房子那種，有點像motel，一定要住靠近內側的房間（面向來的時候的路，後面有一條公路比較吵）早上很早走去機場感覺很安全
