Maes Manor Country Hotel

Had my wedding here in August 2024. The team at the Maes Manor were amazing throughout the entire process. Very helpful while planning and ensuring that things were put in place in a timely manner, great at alleviating stress when we had a disaster the night before the wedding! Also amazing on the day at helping everything run like clockwork and making sure that we had an amazing time. Particular mentions to Oddett, Mike and Sam, who were particularly helpful. Would absolutely recommend anyone get married at this venue!

My husband and I had our wedding here in on 27/08/24 Mr& Mrs Francis. If you’re looking for a grand picturesque country house then this is the place. With its beautiful exterior and interior homely feel it truly brings out the buildings history. The staff were amazing from start to finish. Food was incredible and the place was spotless. Thank you for giving us our gorgeous wedding, it was a perfect place for a perfect day!! Jasmine and Craig Francis.

We got married on April the 25th and we were completely blown away, not just on the day but the night before. Nothing was too much and we truly felt like king and queen for the day, the food from start to finish was the best we’ve ever had where guests were asking for more. The staff in particular Carys, Mike and Oder were truly exceptional. Our guests had only one thing to say as that it was the best wedding ever.

Just had an absolutely wonderful Sunday lunch! My stepdaughter and I had the beef and my husband had the lamb. Literally perfectly cooked as were the plentiful veg and gravy. Washed down with the most wonderful Malbec. We are already looking to rebook for another Sunday. We go here every year for Christmas Day lunch at this stunning hotel and as usual Mike and his team could not do enough for us. His young staff are the most wonderfully polite and well turned out wait staff. 10/10.

Got married her on 25 July 2024, although I can’t remember the wedding itself self the venue is absolutely beautiful, we fell in love with it the moment we seen it, staff were friendly both day of wedding and following morning, I would 💯 recommend this place despite not remembering much probably due to nerves and a lot of alcohol it was the best day of my life. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and you get to look over from the bridal suite Odette is so lovely and she made sure everything went smoothly, Mike (manager) couldn’t do enough for us. The honeymoon suit is absolutely gorgeous felt like a queen the whole time I was there. I didn’t eat much on the wedding day due to nerves but we did taste testing before the wedding and the food was absolutely beautiful. All my guests had a fab time and continue to tell me how it was the best wedding they have been to. I even ordered an audio guest book for the wedding and Mike left a lovely message congratulating us. Day after the wedding I couldn’t do the coffee from the room due to being hungover so Mike was kind enough to make me a latte and say to find him for another when I was ready free of charge. He also waviered a room charge due to a guest not being able to make it due to being rushed into hospital really poorly. We also had the champagne breakfast was for 10 of us, there was more than enough there for probably about 40 people, absolutely beautiful spread. Again didn’t eat much due to nerves but drank plenty of the champagne 🍾 Thank you so much for making our day so speacial even if we were a pain in the butt on times.

I married my best friend on Sunday 14th July 2024 and what a perfect day we had. The food was outstanding and the efficiency was second to none! The room was beautiful and they checked that we were happy before they proceeded any further, the staff were so polite and ensured everyone had the best time. From the moment we arrived we were treated and looked after which made everyone feel so special, my young children thought that they were king and queen for the day. Everything ran so smoothly I could never thank or praise the maes manor enough. Even now my guests speak so highly of our day, the staff and the food and I will forever recommend the Maes Manor as a Wedding Venue and it will always hold the most amazing memories and an extremely special place in my heart. Driving down that driveway on your wedding is the most overwhelming feeling and the grounds are so beautiful you can’t help but feel that your day is going to be magical
