Hi I am making a formal complaint against Bluewaters hotel Blackpool .
Firstly id like to state we booked with *********** for the price of £275.76 from 23/23/2024 to 27/12/2024 after checking bank statement you have charged me £485.76 . Why?
Next the place was a disgrace, very worn out and tired , staff run of their feet, frozen Christmas Day dinner at an extra cost of £75.00 !!
Also we had the only suite which was situated next to the pool so had the noise of two running pumps and extractor fans 24 hours a day . After third day we left through lack of sleep and worry of food poisoning.
We know we are not the only people complaining.
We booked through you do hold you responsible for a refund.
There are lots of places to complain and we will do that within 24 hours if no response
