The beds are reliably comfortable at this Premier Inn. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Whilst the room is basic, I always manage to get a bath in my bathroom at this Premier Inn, which is a treat whilst away on business. Breakfast was tasty with good choice. Dinner menu is now not appealing to me as previously, but still good value.

We always stay here to visit Blackpool, easy parking great location and good value, especially mid week if you pay up front. Rooms fine and breakfast good with choice of cereals, fresh fruit salad and again if you can stay midweek breakfast is quiet and you get service too. Staff all very friendly and helpful. It's a premier inn and there are lots of them but this is one of the better ones. Beefeater next door where you have breakfast could do with a bit of a refurb, but still comfortable. A very nice stay. Didn't eat in the Beefeater cos there are 3 cracking restaurants on road up to Bispham front, Edward and Christina McAlpine

Great service by Richard on the check-in. Hotel was clean and we didn’t hear any other guests so got a good nights sleep. The breakfast provided by the adjoining Beefeater was excellent and really set us up for the day. I would highly recommend this location which was a short car ride to the tram which we used to see the Blackpool Illuminations, the hotel was situated in a lovely district of Blackpool so we had no worries about leaving our car or walking about.

Very helpful staff. Cancelled our inadvertent double booking and provided contact details for Customer relations (who were also very helpful) to arrange refund. A lamp bulb wasn't working and another member of staff obtained a spare and fitted it. Staff all very pleasant and good ambassadors for their employer.

Nice soft beds, good pillows, clean and had bath for children. Lovely breakfast next morning in next door pub. Really good location and car park. All staff we met were friendly and patient with children. Pub also available for evening meals which we didn’t do but it looked busy whenever we passed

Visited this Premier inn to attend a darts tournament. The guy on reception when we checked in was great. We had 3 rooms and all were perfect. Breakfast the following morning was also very nice. Plenty of parking and not to far from the Blackpool beach.

We use Premier Inn a lot and again we had no issues having decided to book this one. From checking in to checking out we had no problems with any staff the room or anything. So booking an evening meal at check in we arrived at 17.30 and chose 8oz Steak meal with chips and sides. Sue's steak my perfectly cooked medium rear as was mine. However my steak had more gristle than steak so having eaten what I could. I then pointed this out to our server when she cleared our plates? She apologised but made no offer of a discount? We ordered a shared desert which could have been free! But no my bill offered no discount so I paid the full price! The following morning we returned for pre booked breakfasts x 3 and had no issues or problems each morning. But having been offered not to pay for the steak meal or taking off our desert in other Premier Inn places before as I said we have used then many times in other locations this I found not the usual customer satisfaction we were used to! The Hotel couldn't do enough for us and we had no issues or problems at all. So maybe best to eat elsewhere or give the steak a miss Thanks for reading

Good sized very clean room with excellent facilities including large wide screen tv with terrestrial channels. Bed was very comfortable, I liked the form mattress and room was always quiet at all times. Plenty of parking spaces and staff very helpful and friendly. Easy to book online and very reasonable cost.

The receptionist guy when we checked was helpful and friendly. The room was a standard room and quality was as expected good. It was quiet. Room was spacious. Breakfast next door was good quality. The staff despite being very busy were helpful and friendly. Would stay again.
