1820 Boutique Rooms & Suites

Nobody to greet us on arrival had to make a phone call and someone came to let us in who couldn’t wait for us to pay for room and car park still had our bags and hadn’t seen our room and he had the card machine out Outside property was scruffy Room was ok but not boutique all bbc channels on Tv didn’t work Payed for breakfast told was at 9.30 am left standing in hallway as doors were locked let us in 10 mins late told to sit at a certain table no choice given for breakfast asked for poached eggs was told I don’t cook poached eggs only option was full English which I’m not too fussed on Just not very welcoming Couple next door were also rowing till 3am and slamming the door as he threw the partner out a few times !!!! Good job the Lytham Festival was good Wouldn’t recommend

Me and my wife stayed here for two nights for are first wedding anniversary and we where very disappointed with it said we had the best room and the bath never had a spa and it was very dirty around the in side of the bath like it has not bin cleaned we turned on the water and dirt and bugs fell out of the side. Says it has a bar on site but it wasn't even open. Says you get fresh croissants and pain au chocolates delivered to ur room each morning but there was nothing. Wifi was not the best either. But the woman who let us in was very friendly. Coffee machine only had one flavor with did not taste very nice. Before we was about to leave someone tryed to open are door as we was packing and when i went out i heard the kitchen door close so think they were seeing if we was still there but it was a good job the door was locked. Not one to moan but was very disappointed with the price

Stopped here with my daughter for a few days on arrival there was nobody at the hotel I had pre booked a early check in at a cost of 10£ after making a phone call someone arrived, hotel room was really nice only a few things could help make it better the plugs in the room kept falling off when removing my phone charger the coffee machine does not work also for a 5 star hotel there should be some kind of fridge with water or some kind of refreshments in. Breakfast was charged at 10£ which I thought was a bit steep don’t get me wrong it was nice but there’s no options and I think paying 10£ for a 6year old for breakfast was not the best overall I would stop here again

While our room was clean tidy and modernised , there is no way the property is 5 star. There was no on-site staff present and £10 cash payment for parking on top of the room rate should be advertised.

Having paid a tidy price £181.00 for a one night stay in a so called boutique hotel, thought it prudent to write this review. Nice bathroom although not finished and whirlpool bath didn’t work. Deluxe room, 2 single beds pushed together with a heavily stained mattress. Very dirty coffee machine. Damaged furniture in the room and unfinished on the building works. Walls not painted and rough plaster on show. Adjacent the bed really large fizzy pop stain up the wall. This hotel could be lovely if it’s finished. The £10 cash payment for the car park not mentioned until checkin. Breakfast - no choice it’s full English, no cereal or fruit etc . For £181 this is an absolute ripoff! Be aware no staff on hand on checkin or checkout. After ringing the bell and a lengthy wait you do get a response. Such a shame as the investor has installed lovely bathrooms.

Great location, lovely clean & modern. Fab bath & massive shower head room for 2. Breakfast was so nice too. Parking was £10 which was great too at the back of the property. Defo stay here again. Would recommend it 👍
