In summary it has all the ingredients to be a great place to stay: Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable Quality of food is excellent Pool area is lovely Good location, few minutes from Bitez beach or 5 euro in a taxi to the main Marina area Bar and restaurant staff lovely and helpful However, the ingredients are not yet making a good dish/meal: Still feels unfinished e.g. one bedroom had no wardrobe doors, lounge had one curtain missing, kitchen had no plates, cutlery or anything to cook with other than 4 glasses and 4 mugs. Our air conditioning did not work correctly. Ice cold in one bedroom and no cooling in another – whatever setting was used. We reported the issue (plus the bathroom tap only having hot water) on the second day. Had to remind reception on 5th day as no response or action. Tap issue then fixed but after 2 attempts, air con remained not functioning correctly. Only 1 Breakfast option is included. Others are payable – even the cheaper choices. On 2 days they had no milk for coffee! Breakfast not child friendly. Eg coffee or tea is offered but no substitute Reception was the biggest disappointment. As well as not responding to the reported issues, the initial welcome was not welcoming. The airport transfer was 50 euro on arrival, but for the return it had increased to 70 Euro 5 days later – a price rise apparently. Then discounted to 60, overall we felt like they were trying to squeeze money from us. Another example was the final bill was done in £ not Lira.
