This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I never normally review or moan, but I think it's vital that anyone booking a holiday next year gets to see these photos. The hotel was so dirty, we checked out within 24 hours and paid an extra £200 to stay somewhere else that was not all-inclusive. I only ate one pancake in the resteraunt, as I was desperate, and had food poisoning the whole holiday. The pics speak for themselves, but the entire hotel was dated, dirty, broken, smelly, and uninviting. The guests looked depressed, and there was constantly someone complaining at the desk. The bed, fridge, patio doors, and balcony were broken. The room smelt of mould, and there was limescale and rust everywhere. My hands and feet were black, not just from the room but also walking around the hotel. The sunbeds were stinking, tiles missing from the pool, broken steps, to which I fell and sprained my ankle. The kitchen, resteraunt, and bar were filthy... and this was supposed to be 4*. They refused to give us a full refund. Charging us £200 for the pleasure of staying there just over 24 hours. Please don't book here... I read some of the awful reviews after I booked and hoped it was just someone being fussy, but I can assure you this hotel is way worse than you could ever imagine.

What an amazing trip had at this wonderful hotel! Cannot fault the staff so welcoming and made the visit so much more! Especially the sunset bar Sevgi! What a superstar and no wonder her name means love! Location was great! Although the pools and atmosphere in the hotel could not be faulted so why you need to leave is in question! Would highly advise anyone coming to Turkey to stay here! 🇹🇷♥️☀️

We arrived at the hotel at 11pm and were given the 'superior' room with a sea view which was completely obstructed by a massive tree. The rooms all need a re-vamp, our bathroom smelt like drainage, mould and rust for the whole week and when we asked about it we were told all they can do is clean it again. The bathrooms are falling apart and having a shower in them was not pleasant, and the water is very salty which makes brushing your teeth were unpleasant. The air con was dripping water whenever it was on, there were no coffee/tea facilities in the room which would be expected in the a 4* hotel. The cleaners did tidy our rooms and bring fresh towels/water daily. The amenities in the hotel were also not up to standard of a 4* hotel. There was no wifi anywhere apart from the lobby! The sun loungers are plastic, old and very uncomfortable. The food was pretty much the same every day with some variations, but again not a 4* hotel standard, the chips were always undercooked, the coffee was bad and the fruit were never fresh. The positives from this hotel were some of the staff, Yakob was especially lovely and chatted to us daily and was very attentive and Ali at the bar was also lovely. The drinks were basic but strong, with cocktails such as margaritas not included in the all inclusive but at €10 per drink. The views from the hotel were also nice with a gorgeous sunset every night. There is a button outside the entrance to the hotel to call a taxi and they arrive almost instantly, there is also a shuttle bus that runs every 15mins and gets you to Bodrum town in 15mins and costs 50p. I would give this hotel an honest 2* rating, it needs a lot of work and refurbishing. Would not stay here again.

Honest review First night given a room which was next to the loud bar and had a dead rat on the balcony Not a great start! Complained and was moved to one of the newer rooms which was much better. Food was the same every day but we ate out anyway quite a lot. The staff here are amazing all of them ! Location is fantastic Drinks are delicious Pool is lovely Gym was non existent We ended up having a great time and as long as you get a room in the main part of the hotel you’ll have a decent stay.
