非常漂亮小姐姐，很可愛。服務態度佳。之後來莫斯科還會繼續住，希望明年來的時候還是這些小姐姐。舒適，性價比很高。

總體感覺一般 設施應有盡有 但沒有什麼特別之處 且附近沒有什麼好吃的餐廳 不像是一個四星酒店應該具備的品質

Not much English spoken here but that’s OK we in Kyrgyzstan. Had to wait for checkin 30 minutes notwithstanding room was available. Room is quite small and bed id not comfortable and no end table wall to wall beds (two singles squeezed together. Bathroom is very small. Lots of better options in this town. Good location.

I stayed at this hotel for two days in June while on a business trip to Bishkek. While there, I explored the local neighborhood and ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast. There is a substantial park near the hotel with a variety of activities available, such as a Ferris wheel, and numerous food vendors. Concerning the breakfast, it was decent. My only complaint was that there was no coffee available at the buffet. I found out it was available at the coffee shop/bar in the same area, but it is a strange setup. There was also not coffee available in the room, only tea. Still, clean, friendly staff, and I felt safe. I am an American and do not speak Russian. The staff had varying English abilities, but we all managed to communicate well enough. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was average, swimming pool was Small but not bad, helpful staff, location was good too, some restaurants on walking distance. Room was Small but comfortable. View from breakfast restaurant was beautiful. We got baby bed for free.

We book this hotel under Booking. Com and received all confirmation. We also intended to stay back this hotel upon our tour outside of the capital but upon checking on our return booking we were told it was canceled eventhough we show proof of our confirm booking but to no avail. This is so unprofessional they just canceled off our booking to accommodate their peak season. Most of the staff cannot communicate in English, our room air conditioning always not working and the bed and room too small. We had a very bad experience staying in this hotel I strongly advise whoever wanted to book this hotel please think twice. 🤔

The Smart Hôtel was great. Reasonably priced, lovely room, decent breakfast with an incredible view and helpful staff. The location was convenient with parcs, shops and good restaurants in easy walking distance. Definitely a good option for visitors to Bishkek

Overall a very good stay - in line with most of the comments which have already been shared. Superior room was spacious, so was the bathroom. Housekeeping needs a touch of improvement as there were no bathrobes in the room and also the shampoo container was empty. To be honest, we never asked afterwards to have them. The massage we had was superb and recommended - hopefully you don’t have to explain anything to the masseur as the only language was Russian. Breakfast was if very good quality - the breakfast team has been run very efficiently to have food replenished on time. 2 highlights here - the skyline view and the fresh espresso/cappuccino prepared 😀. The reception staff could have done with a little better English, but ok we managed to address all questions. Location of the hotel was very good and with such beautiful weather all to see locations were within max 30 min walk. Recommended

Завтрак действительно очень хорош: вкусный, разнообразный, подают капучино. Но. Это единственный плюс отеля. Отель нуждается в капитальном ремонте. Номер не соответствует фотографиям. Грязные, потрескавшиеся, рваные обои. Мебель буквально вся оббита и требует замены. Плитка в ванной пожелтевшая и треснутая, потолок в подтеках и пятнах, раковина треснутая. Хотя мы заказали “улучшенный номер superior с хорошим видом из окна”, вид был на двор с крышами каких-то гаражей. Полотенце нам положилм только одно вместо двух. Странная система освещения в ванной, которая работает на движение посередине ванной комнаты и выключает свет, пока ты моешься в душе, этим совершенно невозможно пользоваться. Зачем так делать? Чем плох простой выключатель? Бассейн был неплох. НО как пользоваться раздевалкой, которая общая на М и Ж, дверь в ней не закрывается, и у душа внутри раздевалки тоже нет двери. Как этим пользоваться? В общем, на 4 звезды отель ну никак не тянет. Симпатично выглядит тут, пожалуй, только ресепшн и переход между корпусами.

Забыли встретить в аэропорту. Заселили в одноместный номер. Приходилось напоминать о просьбах. В номере слишком пахло каким-то ароматизатором или отдушкой, приходилось открывать окно. Сам отель симпатичный, классный ресторан на 8 этаже с видом на горы. Завтрак хороший. Расположение супер.

Замечательный отель в самом центре Бишкека. Комфортные довольно большие номера (кровати просто класс). Сауна с бассейном. Разнообразные завтраки (шведский стол с возможностью заказать любую кашу). А самое главное - очень хороший и любящий свою работу и своих гостей персонал, создающий душевную атмосферу. Пишут, что нужно просить номер во втором корпусе - я в нём и останавливался на 3 дня.
