Location is very convenient which is good for travelling via trains in the nearby Birmingham New Street station

Good location. It's just next to the train station and close to shopping area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast.

房間沒有迷你雪櫃，沒有拖鞋。搞到我買咗三文治、芝士蛋糕、奶類飲品都冇雪櫃可以放。而且我間房仲要同隔籬房連門，隔籬房講嘢我聽到曬，極之討厭及欠安全。 前台服務員見到是中國香港，房間俾一樓，仲要一出lift就係我間房，你話嘈唔嘈？當然佢哋同聲同氣的梗係比3樓啦（我之前嗰個鬼婆咪就係俾咗佢住3樓囉）。 全間酒店只得一個優點:,落-1/F行去火車站1分鐘。 如果唔係出差，我一定唔會住這酒店，真係因為方便，不包早餐都要HK900，超唔抵住。同希斯路機場T4嗰一間，簡直冇得比，但缺點就係行得比較遠。

地點就在火車站附近，很方便，房間很乾淨，出乎意料的好，推薦推薦；另外，地點附近有很多商場，食店，真的很方便，價錢合理

交通方便，出差住非常合適，省下不少時間可以休息，周圍吃的也多，方便

Stayed at premier in multiple times. It’s my go to hotel due to their reliability for cost effectiveness and quality of cleanliness and service. Absolutely knocked me sick walking into room 710 and it stank of sewage. Not what you expect from a premier plus room. We were moved to another room 719 but the smell of sewage began coming from the sink when you turned the tap on. Would have checked out and gone somewhere else but it was too late and I didn’t know where else to go. I won’t be returning to this premier inn hotel again. It was the worst premier inn i’ve ever stayed in. Service from receptionist was rubbish and we were told to use self check in even though my partner said he would prefer to be checked in by her for the human being connection. Breakfast service was rubbish. The staff member said “sit anywhere just not on the big table” and that was the only interaction we had.

Ideal location right by New Street Station and directly accessible. We were visiting by train for a concert at The Town Hall so were ideally placed for that too. Our room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The best Premier Inn room we have stayed in so far and we have used quite a few over the years.

We stopped in this hotel for our work Xmas meal at a restaurant in the city. It’s a standard Premier Inn so you know what you’re getting, a clean room and bathroom, comfy bed and vending machines for drinks etc. It’s nice and quiet but I was on one of the higher floors so not sure if this is the same down below. Not giving it 5 stars as it is in a bit of a sketchy location, I went down for a smoke at about 6am and was greeted by the sight of two policemen removing an extremely large knife from a handcuffed gentlemen’s outside the McDonald’s next door. Welcome to Birmingham I guess…

Don't be put off by the exterior, inside is very comfortable. It's affordable without being cheap, and very conveniently located for New Street station and a tram stop. Reception is on the 1st floor, after which you need a key to access the upper floors. There is dining on site but we didn't use it as you are near to plenty of eateries offering a wide range of food. The room was comfortable and quiet. There was no view to speak of, but that didn't matter. The table and chairs was useful as well as a luggage rack and hooks to hang clothes. being key card accessed when you leave the room the aircon goes off, but it soon cooled down again when we got in. Staff were friendly and welcoming is a little overworked at times. We we able to leave our case on the day of departure for a small donation to charity and that meant we could explore some more. You can also pay a small fee to access the room early which is best done at the time of booking to ensure a room. If you're arriving around lunchtime this is very convenient.
